Very clean! Loved our corner room with large windows (understatement) overlooking downtown Fargo Very friendly staff :) 10/10

Such a gorgeous boutique hotel, my only regret is booking it with my kids - not realizing how upscale it was, I’m already looking forward to booking the other hotels in this chain.

We will absolutely stay at the Jasper again! So convenient, quiet, and comfortable. We slept the best we’ve slept in years!

The room was amazing! The robes were not soft, actually "scratchy". New ones were brought that were a little better, but not by much. Ordered a bucket of ice numerous times and never received. Had to go to the front desk to get it ourselves. Overall it was a decent stay, but for the money i would have stayed elsewhere .

We’ve stayed at the Jasper quite a few times over the last year or two. This was the first time we were somewhat disappointed. First, they overbooked king rooms, so we got bumped to a 2 queen room. Second, the nespresso coffee in the rooms was gone. There was only one glass in the room, no other cups. The snack bar was ready paired down. Third, the service and food at RoseWild was subpar. For the price point of this hotel and restaurant, we expect more.

I was not too fond of the staff, front desk particularly. I felt they could have spoke in a more respectable way. Everything else was great!

Overall a great hotel but some things a bit below expectations and disappointing for a new higher class hotel. Shower floor tile very dirty. Afternoon and evening bar service was fantastic. Breakfast service not so much. Food was great. Fargo has a homelessness problem. Mentally distressed man harassing people right outside the front door Sunday morning. Another sleeping on a sofa as we left for the parking garage.

Beautiful hotel room and great bar area! Housekeeping and staffing in general could use some management supervision for the caliber of the hotel.
