Besides the hotel on FIRE in the middle of the night, and noisy dogs barking for hours, and the phone system down, it was ok, mmhhh , no no less then ok

Terrible Experiences!! Disrespectful to not move my room when I complained. So Disappointed because I couldn’t cancel the reservation they took advantage of the situation. I have some person harassing me in the other room. And did not Switch my room. First night no towels in my room or washcloths, I go ask front desk lady acting like I’m saying something wrong. No housekeeping basically you have to request it! DID Not make my bed, what type of Housekeeping don’t make your bed! This place is nothing but trifling, Ghetto and Professional!! Please Don’t stay here

Generally pretty run down, lots of duct tape and stained carpet. Room was pretty clean and it did the job though.

The front desk clerk who checked me in was great, friendly and efficient. The rest of my stay was not as pleasant. The room was not very clean, the shower drain did not work, the microwave handle was broken off, I had to rewash the dishes before using, the a/c-heat didn’t work, the bed linens were so skimpy I had to fold them over to get warm, the gym was closed and when I tried to get some coffee condiments (cream/sugar packets) from the front desk one evening, I was told by the clerk that she couldn’t give me any. This was not a very cheap place to stay. Next time I will spend a little more for a better hotel.

The room and hallways smelled very ethnic. Even after returning home the oder lingered. Won't stay again

Very poor condition. Badly in need of a refresher. Location is great and desk staff was amazing ... but the hotel is dirty and no more than a 2 star on a 5 star rating scale

There was no hot water, over heard anothr guest say its been like thay for 2 weeks. The first room we had the microwave didn't work. They switched us to another room, the stove didn't work in that one. There was no compensation for anything.

My room was dirty. The floor was covered in debris. The furniture was turned about.
I let desk know as I left for dinner and I they indicated it would be taken care of. It was not. I asked again and let them know i didn't have hot water, as well.
The front desk informed me that the entire facility was without hot water.
The bathroom was clean and properly appointed.
