This was truly an experience to remember! I went with a party of 7 and we were treated to a delicious full course meal with local wine and ingredients. the staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The property itself is very beautiful, and if you decide to stay the night I’m sure you won’t regret it. The rooms and restaurant being carved from rock makes for a great atmosphere.

We ate here the other evening and had a really great meal. The staff were very efficient and friendly and helpful in making our dinner choices. We shared the plate of cold local meats and cheese and then I had a great pasta dish and my husband had prawns with burrata and then we had the most amazing profiteroles. It’s well worth making a visit to this masseria.

We had the most amazing experience staying in this Masseria. Not only were we pampered by the whole staff and owners but the setting, ambiance, vintage decor and their top restaurant (visited by many locals and tourists every day) made our full stay just perfect! Since the moment we got our tranfer ride at the airport to the last gorgeus breakfast we enjoyed there, every day was special and perfect. The owners Gino and Teo and their whole staff, Beni, Anita, Stella and Paulo were all extremely attentive and detailed oriented for all to be perfect and enjoyable. The room was neat and beautiful, and everything in it worked as expected. And the location was just a short ride (in the hybrid car rented on premise) to all the Puglia famous places and beacshes. I cannot reccomend this place more, and cannot wait for our next visit to wonderful Puglia!!!

Die Location „Torre Rossa“ ist einfach fabelhaft. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem sanierten Brunnen mit Kalkstein, was einer Höhle gleicht. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und professionalisiert. Wir werden bestimmt zurückkommen.

Serata anniversario. Trovato il ristorante sul web e abbiamo deciso di prenotare non potevamo far scelta migliore per la nostra prima volta il tutto magico dell’atmosfera al cibo al servizio e all’attenzione delle nostre piccole richieste. Ci hanno preparato una torta al momento super fantastico e un plauso al responsabile di sala grazie mille

Fue hermosa la experiencia de estar en una Masseria, era la primera vez que lo hacíamos con mi familia, y realmente nos encanto, fue sentirse como en casa y la amabilidad y el buen gusto son de destacar, mas la comodidad de acceso y la cercanía con varios lugares de los que íbamos a visitar. Excelenteeeee y por la mañana el plus del desayuno, que lo hacen ellos con la Pasticery de los dueños y el yogurt casero mas rico que probé en mi historia. gracias mil por cada detalle!! Sil

Bellissima esperienza in questa masseria di sapore, camera scavata nel tufo molto accogliente. Cenato al ristorante molto bene, ottimo cibo e vino, servizio perfetto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo. Consiglio assolutamente.

Sicuramente il giorno di Pasquetta non sarà il migliore per valutare un posto… ma la dice sicuramente lunga su tanto… Esperienza allucinante…una Sala immensa da cerimonie piena di persone cibo tutto scadente servizio pessimo perso nella confusione generale musica oscena…siamo scappati senza neanche terminare il secondo.

Ambienti bellissimi e trattamento da parte del personale di sala molto professionale. Un plauso all'eleganza del caposala che ha saputo indicarci correttamente una referenza di vino a noi particolarmente gradita e in linea con le nostre indicazioni. Menu' molto invitante, in particolare ho apprezzato il petto d'anatra cbt. Dolci buoni (non potrebbe essere altrimenti) ma in un ristorante con menu' e carta dei vini di questo livello mi aspetto altrettanta ricerca e innovazione anche nei dessert. Consigliato.
