Was good but too big

Pessoal muito simpático. tivemos que sair antes do pequeno almoço e eles preparam um lanche para levarmos. O quarto estava bem limpo e tudo estava bem.

A very comfortable hotel where the staff were very friendly but the restaurant was huge and not very 'personal'. The hotel is very well situated for visiting the Sanctuary, only 200 metres away. All the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel has a nice lobby with plenty of couches for seating. The front desk receptionist was nice and efficient and spoke English. The room itself was large with plenty of space. The bathroom was a good size with a good amount of counter space. There was an enclosed shower. The room and bathroom were clean - almost like new. We were traveling with a group and so ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All were buffets and were pretty good. For vegetarians, there was a salad bar, soup, potatoes and usually some other vegetables. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Fatima Sanctuary with gift shops selling religious articles along the way. In fact we could see the top of the Bascilica from our hotel room. This is a great place to stay while visiting Fatima.

This is a mixed review. We have returned from a week's stay. When we arrived at hotel all seemed OK until the 'group' got their rooms. The rooms were appalling. They do not reflect what is on the website, apparantly these rooms are for paying individuals but the groups get the 'classic' rooms. When I went to complain, many others were there too. The bathroom was totally inadequate and the shower was so old it soaked the entire bathroom. After a while the manager told me that there was one modern room left and I have to say this room was gorgeous! We thought it was perfect until we came home one day to find a leak at the aircon. Reception already knew about this when I reported it (although I was unaware continuing to use aircon). I had to be sharp to get a maintenance man to the room. When he did appear the water gushed out of the unit and ceiling. Thankfully he was able to stop the drip (towel stuffed up aircon-probbaly catching the drip). To, be fair we were offered a new room but I didn't want to leave. Rooms were spotlessly clean but this service was hit and miss - some days it was clean after breakfast and other days still not cleaned/fresh towels at 7pm. Waiting staff fantastic but most of the dinners were very poor. One evening the chicken curry can only be described as a dogs dinner. If you get chicken for lunch you will get the remainder bones and guts included for dinner 🤢 Groups are treated like 2nd class citizens in this hotel and I would reccomend anyone planning pilgrimages not to use it. The groups got different breakfasts while 'paying' guests got better food. The waiting staff would actually tell you ' you can't have that, that's for the other guests' All good is buffet style and it is replenished but very repetitive and I would say Only enjoyed 2meals the entire week. The free wine and tea/coffee is a nice touch. Elsa and carrina the 2 JWT tour guides were amazing.. Nothing was too much trouble and believe me we had alot of issues at times. They were the best tour guides I have ever had and I have been on 30+ pilgrimages. Steyler hotel need to stop false advertising their hotel.. Rooms with balconies are not even available yet advertised. Pool is not opened. This is not a 4 star hotel. One part of it may be but the other part looks like a hostel.

Struttura accogliente e pulita. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo pernottato nella suite con due camere e due bagni molto comoda e funzionale. Presente letto king size doppio cuscino due tv una per ciascuna stanza. Nei bagni presente in uno vasca in altro doccia. Parcheggio gratuito nel giardino interno. Vicinissimo al Santuario.

Hotel moderno, muito central, a 2 min a pé da basílica. Atendimento muito simpático, limpeza sem nada a apontar e quartos muito confortáveis. Com parque de estacionamento próprio, o que ajuda muito. O pequeno almoço era completo e muito bom Recomendo.

Check In muito tardio16:00 horas, chegamos acesa hora, o quarto não estava pronto, estivemos até ás 17:20 á espera e sem uma desculpa nem uma satisfação. Dois adultos e duas crianças só ofereceram duas toalhas para a piscina, o quarto pode-se dizer que era bom.
