Very clean, quirky hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to many restaraunts, bars, lounges on Dickson St. Only place to stay in Fayetteville no question.

It was okay but for $300 I was expecting a little better the downstairs area was really cool and snazzy and nice and a second floor and the pool was okay too but the room wasn't that clean there was like a half used roll of toilet paper that they put on the roll instead of a new one when I checked in there was like stuff on the carpet like it wasn't vacuum very well and there was stuff underneath the glass on the tables that they could have cleaned out of there but look some makeup or white stuff not sure but if I clean my house I would have cleaned it very expensive room service I got breakfast was kind of like motel 6 with a better lobby n elevator area I guess

This is a very cool place to stay. I love the decor and the feel. The location is great. I normally love the lobby and the bar but this weekend it was very cold and we did not hang out down there.

Very clean, bar beautiful but overpriced. Superb location, easy walk to downtown. Cheaper to book thru 3rd party. Rooms comfy, nice bathrooms. No free coffee in the morning but good coffee shop in lobby.

Watch your charges on your card after you check out- I had 2 charges for over $80 for incidentals” which we had none. Will see if they take them off.

Front desk people were friendly. The room was comfortable. Very convenient and walkable area. The coffee both in the room and downstairs was atrocious. Parking is free across the street or you pay a large daily fee for either valet or use of the parking garage. The free lot across the street is closer than the parking garage. I don't know what the daily "resort fee" is for.

The place is decorated in a very unique way and so cool. The beds are sooo comfortable!!
Great staff. Just there for a night, but definitely will go back!

Very poor dining menu and horrible decor. Place could be cleaner. Used to be so much better when it was The Chancellor
