This was a very nice hotel! I will stay here every time I’m in Fayetteville, if possible. Really clean and the staff was super friendly

Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff.
The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day!
The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must.
The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT!
*Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge
**Maybe add a trip type of "Pleasure"

Have stayed at this property a few times before - always a great experience. This time, several things were not working including the mini-fridge, which was needed to keep meds cold. I was able to use ice from the machine at first, but when I needed to replenish it, there was no ice. I ended up taking meds to my grand daughter’s apartment when she got off work and kept them there the rest of my stay. Also issues with plumbing and supplies, etc. I was surprised and disappointed. Previously, this has been a great place to stay. Quiet, clean,convenient, etc. I’ll book this place again next time because of the great track record. I’m hoping this was just a one time glitch and that it would be a mistake to give up because of one less than happy experience.

My soon and I stayed for a few days to mountain bike over spring break. rooms were fine for the 2 us but would be tight for 4. bathroom needed some fixing. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, shelf in bathroom was falling off and handle to shower door was falling off. Cost and rooms fit the budget we were looking for.

First off, the property is clean and modern. I’m a good area and the breakfast had good choices.
However, the people above let their kids run and jump off the bed for HOURS. At one point it sounded like they were gonna crash through the ceiling. It was so loud it literally shook my bed at one point. So thanks to that had a pounding headache. I called the front desk who said she’d call & it subsided a little. They carried on though, in the middle of the night slamming things on the floor. And then letting their kids resume whatever they wanted it the morning. So as a result had an awful experience and almost no sleep.

Staff was very friendly and gave good service. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. My wife found random hairs everywhere in the bed and on top of the comforters. Also in the bathroom. They were obviously there before, wrong color. Didnt mind as much on outside of comforter but if inside and under pillows on sheets kinda an issue. Dont go expecting too much from breakfast. Very limited somewhat poor offerings for grab and go. It is on the cheaper end of pricing, so you get what you pay for. I would rate it overall a 6.5-7 out of 10.

Disliked: Charge on credit card for $25.for things we didn't order in the first place & not informing me.,check-in clerk talked so fast me or my wife could barley understand her.
I've stayed in less expensive hotels that had coffee pot in room, this one didn't.

I arrived and no one was at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes, went to the restroom came back and no one was there. Waited a few minutes and called the hotel and finally someone came. She griped about the phone ringing and being busy. She gave me my room and said there were a bunch of kids staying and they were loud but that I was away from them. Went to my room and the bed was unmade. She gave me another room next door and walked me in to check it and it was unmade too. She gave me another room on a different floor but unfortunately it was on the loud floor. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, the walls are very thin!
