The hotel is very new and looks wonderful. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy

Nice new Hotel. Could have used some help with the laundry as it was advertised to download an app that didn’t work and ended up needing to get change and use coins in the end, just make it clear that the app is not an working option before customers load money on it. The rooms are nice and new, although some things were poorly put together, for instance the bathroom sliding door handle fell off and almost landed on my young child’s foot. It wasn’t broken, it had just been poorly assembled. All rooms and furniture were new and nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good except the breakfast sandwiches on a croissant were hard like rocks, not sure what happened there. Good Hotel for the price, despite the minor issues. Would stay here again.

A new property that was clean with courtesy staff. Adjacent room doors would slam loudly throughout the night.

Room, bathroom and hotel lobby wetr immaculate. Staff was pleasant and confident. Will definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Not thrilled with the 7am breakfast time. We had to leave at 6am hungry

The hotel is incredibly clean. The staff are very professional and care about treating you the right way. The room, a king suite, was very comfortable and spacious. My girlfriend was really impressed and enjoyed it. I will definitely be staying at Springhill going forward.
