This was a great hotel for a really good price. Nice size suites with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good also.

The door would not open 5 out of 7 times. No extra toilet paper. The room was good, however the AC and heat was a bit inconsistent. A light burnt out and produced alot of smoke. It was never addressed and we did report it right away.

Aged property. I’ve have stayed at a number of SpringHill Suites and this one was old.
It was clean enough.
Had an issue with the room. Talked to the front desk at 8 am and she didn’t know if maintenance was in that day (Sunday) so nothing was done- we were gone for the day. Made the last night there unpleasant- with a non functional room.

Springhill suites is always a good choice. You know you will get a clean room, comfort and good breakfast. The unique quality of this property is the location I guess.

Enjoyed a nice stay for new years celebrations, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue we encountered was the shampoo and body wash were not filled up.

May have been overcharged $8 based on bank and my rcpt. mistakes happen and will be fixed so no biggie.

Disappointing! I can’t believed this is a Marriott. The room has a musty smell. No towels available when we have requested them replaced before we left for the day. Breakfast food was not replenished even there was 15 minutes left before 9am. The door on the side of the hotel was left unlocked all night when it should be accessible by key only.
And oh, you need to run shower for 5 minutes to get hot water

First room i checked into had not been cleaned, blankets and pillows were in the floor. Second room was ok couch had stains all over. Breakfast there were bugs (ants) on the food.
