很少有想投訴的酒店。 新酒店有漏洞，系統不夠完善。按理來説退房按金微信付款的。退房後原路返回就行天。我們退房前台三位工作人員讓加微信掃碼退回。前台掃了下微信收款碼説一二十分鐘就到賬。我們着急去車裡裝行李，想着酒店已經掃過退款了就沒再查看手機。直到出酒店停車場讓交費。去大堂找工作人員開票，前台三個工作人員回覆：已經退房，查不到訊息沒法開票。又找到他們酒店經理理論，説是直接付款，酒店給報銷。好了，停車費告一段落，準備開車上高速，想起來就一個停車費酒店都這麼不講信用，就查看了下退的按金20分鐘了還沒退款到賬。於是又去找前台。前台給的理由是：家裡人説讓加微信給退按金。我想説住過這麼多酒店哪個不是退款按金原路返回到付款賬號？為啥要掃微信二維碼碼退回？而且家裡人明明讓掃過收款二維碼了20分鐘沒到賬。如果不是因為停車費用，我們開車上了高速發現沒退款按金是不是就不了了之了？我們已經全部辦理過退房手續，甚至中途還有停車繳費的小插曲。按金沒退不該主動退回嗎？
