Phoenix Youran Qingsu Hotel

The staff is real nice really helpful and friendly. Even in China people don’t speak English but the staff here try to communicate with us a lot through their own way. The room is nice and comfy. I really appreciated the bidet spray in the toilet such an understanding people especially from my country😂 The location is in the beginning of the ancient village street which is not really noise and crowded. Room’s view is beautiful, you can walk around and get to the ancient village sightseeing point easily. PS Though Didi is a bit hard to find from the station, you can try booking taxi through the app or ask the staff to get a car for you.

Very comfortable place, the staff helped arranging a car ride to get us from the pickup point and also calling a taxi to return to the railway station. They were also very helpful in knowing what to see in the city

It was a lovely stay. The owner super friendly and helpful. Speak English. He explains the map where to go and what to see. The hotel located at the end of the quiet side of the old town. That’s is so good. Because it get very noisy from the bar and restaurants. But the hotel are hides the sounds. The room it’s clean. Good space, and view of the old city, right next to the river. It was the perfect choice for couple. And family to stay.

A very stylish hotel, the personel is very kind, respectful and helpful. We had three different rooms, all were very beautiful: one with a jacuzzi on the terrace, one with huge loft height in tujia style with lots of wood elements, and one in modern style. On top of that, a very good price/quality ratio. I can only recommend this hotel.

Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier from my stay in this hotel. Location is just on the right spot to combine relaxed and calm area yet riverbank amazing view. 10 minutes away walking from the central area. The host of the hotel was the kindest I have ever met. When I arrived late at night there was no transport or at least I didn’t know how ti get by. It was 22:30 PM and the host offered me a ride with his e-bike to the central area and after I was finished with my walk he came and picked me uo with his car. I have never experienced this from a host nowhere in China. The room was clean and tidy the mattress was extremely comfortable and if you are coming from 30 km a day walking experience like me and want to relax a bit, this is the right place. The host also helped me book tickets for the local theatre show. Just an amazing hard working man! Next time when I visit Fenghuang I will stay in this hotel again for sure!

Great base for a visit to Fenghuang. It's on the quieter end of town so you can enjoy some tranquility along the river. The walk into the main part is around 15 minutes, very pleasant and lots to see as you go. The star of the show is the staff, they are unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to help us - car pick up, insisting to help with bags, and plenty of recommendations & tips. It is a little bit rough around the edges, the toilet wasn't the most spacious, but when you have that view & hospitable hosts, it more than makes up for it!

A very good place to stay in the area. The night is quiet here unlike those places in the middle of the river. The staff is very friendly and tries to answer your queries. You can walk to the main street for about 20 mins . You can find dinner just a street away. After a stroll, you can just go back to the hotel and enjoy the night river scenary.

Everything went perfectly, the room was really nice, very clean and well decorated and the view was amazing, right on the river and bridge. The bed was super comfy. 10 stars to the people working there, the guy helped us with the luggage, drove us to a restaurant we wanted to go when we couldn't find a taxi and also drove us to the Meglev station for free. He was extremely nice all throughout our stay. I really reccomend staying at this place in Fenghuang!
