Phoenix Story Boutique Resort Hotel

I am very pleased that I chose this hotel because it's located at the fringe of Fenghuang Gucheng. It's a short walking distance to the attraction but away from the hustle and bustle of it. The hotel staff are all very friendly helpful, be it the front reception or the housekeepers. The room is well designed and a lot of thoughts have gone into making it comfortable for the guest. The free laundry service where the housekeepers take care of the washing and drying of your clothes free up our time to go sightseeing. On check out day, the front desk helped to book a taxi for me to the train station. The only shortcoming I can think of is breakfast. The food runs out barely an hour into service and is not replenished. There is not many variety but for the price, it is acceptable.

Location is great but it is way too noisy. Also the staff was not really helpful, we asked for help to get a taxi, and were pointed to the street to hail one.

Wonderful hotel near the ancient town, the personnel is very kind and competent, delicious breakfast.

酒店位置好找，裝修很有格調，前台服務很貼心，管家關照無微不至，房間寬敞明亮，有一個小陽台，視野很好，設施和配置都足見用心和體現細節，晚上還送了養生粥，轉彎夜景回來，剛好補充一下，床品舒服，睡的很好，唯一就是早餐再豐富一些就好了，沒有現磨咖啡，是三合一。

酒店環境好，離古城近，酒店附近還有很多本地特色飯店，酒店還有免費的地下停車場，非常方便。前台還有一些茶水和糖果，晚上有夜宵黑米粥等，房間的乾衣器太方便了，還有管家24小時幫洗衣服服務，前台小吳很不錯。
