Romantik Hotel Turm

Hotel Turm is by far my favorite hotel in the world. I first went 16 years ago, and just departed my most recent stay. The class of service is amazing. They beat any large luxury brand hotel easily. From the moment you check in, you feel welcomed and at home. They offer a welcome drink at reception that you can enjoy on one of their stunning outdoor seating areas. The views from every angle showcase everything incredible about the Dolomites. The property is so unique with incredible lounge areas all over. It offers privacy and seclusion in the middle of a beautiful mountain town. The walls are filled with incredible artwork. The spa is my absolute favorite (and I love spas). The treatment options are vast, as is the wellness area. From multiple sauna styles to several pool options, you can’t help but love it. We opted for several spa services and every single one was incredible. The food is as perfect as everything else at Hotel Turm. The menus are varied and showcase the unique influences from the area. We opted for their multi course menu each evening, which changes daily. They even allow you to substitute dishes should something not fit your tastes. The rooms are also perfection. We had a suite room on a higher floor with a balcony l that had incredible Mountain View’s in every direction. The suites are massive for a European hotel and quite large by US standards as well. They boast every amenity you could want. The location is also wonderful for exploring all this region has to offer. It was an easy 20 minute drive (or you could take a bus with provided bus tickets) up to Alpe di Siusi. It’s about an hour drive to Cortina. We are already planning our next visit to Hotel Turm.

Amazing, historical building with a great spa and pool area. Very friendly staff, great breakfast/restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

This hotel is one of our absolute favorites! The art throughout the hotel is beautiful. It feels like a luxurious home. The food in the restaurants is delicious. For guests they offer a $45 price fix menu that is delicious with some of the best wait staff service we have ever experienced from Lorenzo and Limo. The spa is a perfect place to spend the day. I had a full body scrub and massage that were incredible. Although the weather was cold we were able to enjoy the hot tub, saunas, and even the heated pool outside! Every room in the hotel is beautifully decorated and so clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to other delicious restaurants and a grocery store. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent hotel which we have frequented repeatedly and never get tired of doing so. Superb location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms with lovely decor, excellent wellness offerings managed by a well trained professional staff, and not to forget the great cuisine, make this hotel something special. We never get tired staying there. The blending of Austrian culture with talian flair makes a hotel stay here more than worthwhile.

My husband and I booked hay baths and massages at this lovely spa. The staff was so warm, polite and professional. Would love to stay at the hotel on our next visit. It was so luxurious and charming, the young woman at the front desk was so helpful.

This is an old building, but the rooms are updated with modern amenities. Nice bathroom, no A/C, but we opened the windows at night. Wonderful duvets on the bed. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Stayed for 2 nights on a Backroads trip. Had a massage. It was ok. I think I had a communication problem with the masseuse. It was relaxing. I believe that all the rooms are different. Lots of art with religious themes. Very tasteful. It was a very good experience! Extremely clean!

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questa SPA. Non abbiamo soggiornato nell’Hotel perciò questa recensione è solo per la SPA. Siamo stati benissimo, vi sono moltissime attività, compresa una parete per arrampicata e una palestra. Tra bagno turco e saune di vario tipo non c’è modo di annoiarsi. Piscina interna comunicante con una esterna. Sala relax, grotta di sale, frutta fresca, secca, tisane. In certi orari ci sono dei piccoli eventi come le gettate di vapore e il peeling nella sauna al pino mugo. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto. Sono a segnalare che nelle saune non è possibile accedere con i costumi classici in lycra, quindi se non si vuole entrare nudi (consigliato da loro, magari con un telo intorno) bisogna procurarsi costumi in cotone. Forniscono accappatoi, ciabattine e teli in quantità. Non da sottovalutare tante opere d’arte molto particolari. Una cosa speciale nuotare all’aperto mentre sta nevicando. Non dimenticate che è un adults-only.
