I checked in 2/27 and stayed until 3/4. Heater was out in room & for 2 days dealt with cold room. Was first told to unplug heater, wait 5 minutes then turn it back on. This worked the first time. Second time it woke me up from being so cold (and I’m paying for the room.) finally I get moved to another room which was appreciated. However, the major inconvenience & frustration of having to lug / move all of my belongings from 1 room top floor down & up 4 flights of stairs, to the other side of the building top floor late at night was not only exhausting, it was cold & they had no cart to even load your stuff on. Then had to check out the next morning & was hassled about a towel or 2 missing which were there. I truly feel the last 2 nights at minimum should have been comped. Luckily I was able to move my belongings from 1 room to the next. But I’m paying for a room with heat. What if I wasn’t in the condition to literally it took me at least 10 trips. To move my stuff from one room to the next. My whole reason for staying here was for a warm place to stay, due to my own heat being out. I will not be staying here again. All the staff members were kind & helpful. But the one lady I mentioned in a previous issue, seemed to have a attitude with me & very unpleasant, would not give me a receipt on 2 different occasions. (As I rebooked each day after the first 2 night stay.) then made me wait a good 20 minutes during checkout to refund my deposit to check for towels which were there.
