Property was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible. We would definitely come back

We needed a room for four, and we paid for a king suit, which had a king sized bed and a sofa bed for our kids to share. The room didn’t have any bedding on the pullout, and it only had two towels. When we called to ask for pillows and bedding for the pullout, first they couldn’t find pillows, and the blanket was so thin that my kids were freezing. Since getting the bedding at all was such a pain (attendant said they could t find pillows, but why not get them from one of the unbooked rooms? There were plenty), we only called down a few times. Never got the towels, kids had to sleep in their clothes. It seemed the attendant was young and handling things on her own, but not being able to get us enough bedding made for a crappy night. If you’re going to charge for a larger room, make sure it’s equipped so that everyone can be comfortable.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean & spacious. No fault of the hotel but the pool and jacuzzi was inindated with 15 kids each night.....no relaxing after a hard days work there but plenty of dinning options close by

Granddaughter loved the pool, only thing we’d say is provide bedding for pullout sofa. Other than that we loved it Great value. We will be back!

Our stay started out kinda rough with no availability of carts & the pool & hot tub was disgusting
