The above hotel in Italy is classed as a 4☆ hotel, so I was expecting decent food but I would class it as a 2☆. The food was the worst I've ever had, the dinners were disgusting and the breakfast very poor. One of the courses was always pasta with fish but no fish ever appeared with that. We laughed, as on our last night our potatoes was a plate of crisps in the middle of the table, and mostly the food was lukewarm. I never saw this before in my life. The staff were hopeless and didn't know what they doing and the so called boss was extremely rude and shouted at people. The bar was practically non existent near the reception and there was rarely a bar man in sight, nobody seemed to have any training or had any English. The Travel Department should not use this hotel, it was outside the town and also located in a bad place.

Hotel was appalling. It felt like they had already closed for winter, that we were a major inconvenience. Spa was closed for our week. None of the staff wanted to be there, BUT they didn't want us there either. Bar very poor, on day 1, we asked for a soft drink, we were offered Tonic water, nothing else available. I purchased Sprite in local supermarket next door. It was downhill from there. Threadbare towels, T-towels for hand towels in bathroom, plastic shower curtain hanging off rail. I don't have enough space to continue. We were with a tour group, so were stuck here. Would most definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quiet a distance from the village a very steep hill to the village very dark at night. The food was quite poor and despite the wine being purchased in euro shop next door for a few euro was €25 to order with dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite traditional, comfortable hotel. Rich breakfast, good food, spacious common areas and welcoming rooms. Old-style but not uncomfortable bathroom. My favorite area was the spa and beauty center, really pleasant in furnishings and services.

Sono stata in questo hotel perché volevo un posto con spa e guardando il sito molto bello mi sono affascinata ma purtroppo non corrisponde esattamente a verità! La spa molto curata personale molto gentile ma resto tutto stile anni 80. Moquette sul pavimento in corridoio, ma la cosa sconvolgente che il bagno era senza finestra e senza areatore. Per la cena Ci porta il menù 2 tipi di menu di carne o di pesce io e mio marito optiamo per la carne, antipasto all’italiana mezze maniche alle zucchine e fettina piccolina e sformato di finocchi e ciliegie tutto questo 30/35 a testa a me sembra un po’ caro.

Personale gentile albergo pulito Spa ben attrezzata Questi sono i punti positivi Albergo datato si respira il vecchio cena misera con poca scelta colazione misera Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto Torneremo a Fiuggi ma non qui! Sono rimasta molto delusa

Un resort eccellente con un ottima spa, ampi spazi esterni alla struttura, molto bella la piscina esterna, giardini e spazi esterni molto curati, personale sempre disponibile, ottima accoglienza, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Accoglienza e cordialità sono le doti trovate nel personale dell’albergo. Alla reception Silvia è stata attenta e disponibile, un plus importante. Le camere sono accoglienti e dotate dei comfort necessari. Ottimi i campi da tennis così come piacevole la piscina (anche se non l’abbiamo provata a causa del tempo)
