Disgusting place, disgusting food, disgusting pool, all it needed was frogs it was that green. The place is nothing like the photos on the website especially the breakfast it was one table everyone had to walk round no tea or coffee machines just jugs filled with cold tea and coffee all ready made up, no toasters just stale bread dirty water marks all down bedroom walls stained bedding metal cot beds thin mattresses do not go here especially with leger if less than 15 people order the evening meal they won't do it at all ! And you will have to fend for yourself as no one will want the evening meal it's disgusting 🤢🤮

The staff are so friendly and want to help you have a good stay . Delicious dinners . The tomato pasta sauce was the best I have ever tasted. Nice wines reasonable prices . Clean and comfortable hotel room . Coffee from the machine for 2 euro was welcome . Thank-you to Antonella and hard working team. If staying ensure team can understand any food requirements.

Rooms were big, basic but very clean! Clean towels were given to us every day and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, we were on a coach holiday with some of the most arrogant and ill mannered English people you will ever meet. They were incredibly disrespectful to the staff and were expecting them all the speak fluent English. We were in THEIR country, we should not expect them to speak our language. Instead of choosing to get themselves on Duolingo before heading to Italy, they chose to swear at staff who were trying their best. If you check the last 3 reviews, they were from the people who were the rudest and as you can see, they can’t even speak English themselves. Please do not avoid this hotel due to the reviews from a few horrible English people. The hotel is lovely, as are the staff. The pool is well worth a visit too!

The food offered is. Joke. I'm staying here now with a coach party and we are all starving. Prison food is better. No choice and meagre rations. This hotel is rated 4* but on good alone it shouldn't even have one star.

rooms was basic but clean ..food was appalling only 2 choices of starter of which one of was pasta ..main was a joke ..dessert slither of cake or a piece of fruit..no coffee or drinks with or after dinner only water........and definitely can not cover any eating disorders very poor..on the plus side was the pool ..could do more with a pool bar

The worst food and service we have ever had went with Shearing Coach Holidays. The food was cold the menu one night ws 3 slices of cheese on toast mind-blowing. The breakfast was dried bread no fresh rolls yogurt that was out of date tinned fruit. One good thing the pool was decent.

This hotel is not even a 1 star. Appalling rooms, staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Food is awful, I wouldn't feed thr food to a animal. Air-conditioning turned off at night and in the day, electric turned off in the day. The whole building is so run down is a joke. My advise DO NOT stay here.

We stayed at this hotel during a tour of Italy, and wish we hadn’t come into contact with the place. Staff spoke little to no English, and were rude and unwilling to help. Bar service was awful, even when we ordered in Italian- none of the drinks seemed to actually be stored at the bar, and we would be left waiting for 15+ minutes for a drink. Communication was poor between staff. We entered through the kitchen, which was not a great first impression. Wi-fi appeared to have been turned off after our first night (we stayed 3), despite this being stated as being included. In order to have air conditioning we would have to ask at the front desk for them to turn it on at their switch for our room, and they turned all air con off during the night anyway so we would wake and start the day hot and sweaty (we stayed during July and a heatwave of 40 degrees centigrade so this was a very necessary basic). Rooms were dated and the communal areas were dark, no lights in the stairway, and lift took very long time to come, which didn’t affect us too badly as we are able bodied but this made it difficult for many on our trip. The shower was very small. However the room was clean. Porterage was poor- we were there 2 hours before they began to unload our coach and even then didn’t take suitcases to rooms, some were left in the reception and others left two floors up, none in the correct place, meaning we had to carry suitcases up/down stairs as aforementioned lift was so poor. All this on dark stairs at 10pm after a long day of travelling. Food was beyond anything I can describe. We were served onto plates at our tables by waiters pouring our food out of large metal trays. One night we were given chicken and chips that had been sat in the same tray, so the chips were soggy from the oil from the chicken. Food was not authentic or Italian as you would hope from such a holiday, it was not fresh or nutritious, we’d be given a limp salad after finishing the main course. Service was slow. We were given ‘options’ however when the food came out we were told that one of the options wasn’t available and therefore all had to have the same thing. Vegetarian ‘option’ was cheese on toast. Breakfast options were limited and staff restricted us to one croissant each. Each morning we were woken up at 6am by them ringing the room- we had not asked for a wake up call, and certainly wouldn’t have asked for one so early. In the end we unplugged our phone, but the walls were so thin we heard everyone else receiving their calls. We had poor quality sleep throughout the stay due to lots of noise throughout the nights; furniture being moved, dogs barking and howling. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool was maybe the only saving grace as it was lovely to cool down in after a warm day. However it seemed to be used by the community as well as the hotel, and so getting use of a sunbed was difficult, and the pool a little crowded.
