For shared use: property, garden. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, ski school 1 km, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax 1 km. The apartment conforms to the description. Small well appointed and very well equipped kitchen. The bedding is very comfortable and there is a very pleasant calm to relax. The bus stop is right in front of the building and in just 5 minutes you are at the

Everything is available in the apartment, only a dishwasher is missing. the furniture is a bit old but still in good condition. the ski bus in front of the front door is great. beautiful view of the mountains.

The apartment was clean, practical and comfortably furnished, the beds were comfortable and everything you needed was available in the kitchen to cook well.

we felt very comfortable. The apartment was very suitable for 4 people and equipped with everything you need. The small balcony is still sunny in the afternoon and offers a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and check-in and check-out was uncomplic

We 2 people and Labrador felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the cozy apartment. Good starting point for a walk. For us it was awesome. We'd love to come back.

The apartment has everything you need for a successful ski holiday. It is functionally furnished, offers a ski room and the shuttle bus stops right outside the front door. We'd love to come back!
