房間衞生很差 廁所味道很大 牙刷拖鞋沐浴露都不提供 問了也不會給 樓上上廁所的聲音聽得一清二楚 沒住過這麼差的 不知道哪來的三顆星

Excellent location and comfy beds. Decent breakfast which is always topped up. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. What a great experience It was being in heart of the city. Quirky internal courtyard too. We loved this hotel

I think this hotel used to be a convent or something similar, but I could be wrong. In saying that it was simple but was exactly what we needed. We just wanted an affordable hotel in the heart of Florence and this was exactly that. The room was clean and the beds were just fine. Do not expect a first class experience as that is what the expensive places are for. Expect a clean room that could use an update but in the heart of the city. We would most definitely stay again.

For sure this hotel would benefit greatly from a thorough renovation because the environment feels a bit outdated. However, the location is great as it is right behind the Duomo and the main attractions of the city are within walking distance.

The Lanzi Hotel situated in real heart of Florence, near the Duomo. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Large room (206), with nice view. Daily room cleaning. Helpfully staff. Taste breakfast. Good wifi. Thank you guys 🤝 We will be back again. Sure 👍

The staff were super friendly, the location is in the center of the city and walking distance from the train station. The room was clean and simple , it was small but it was OK comparing to the prices. Air-conditioning was working fine. However , the breakfast is very simple , I would love to have omelette and extra options.

Breakfast was nice. Very close to historic center. Room was extremely small for the three of us. The mattress on the single bed was so irregular that it was hard to sleep there. While we booked for three nights, TrenItalia strike forced us to leave Firenze a day earlier to prevent losing our flight back home. When I requested the frontdesk to change our stay from three nights to two nights, the response was: "you may leave whenever you want, but we will charge you in full for the three days". So we stayed two nights at the cost of three nights.

The location of this hotel is incredible, our window opened up right onto a perfect view of the roof of the Duomo! It's a bit noisy during the day, being so close to the Duomo and main shopping streets, plus a gelato shop right out front. It did quiet down after about 10am and we could sleep without interruption. The windows were high quality and blocked a lot of noise as well. The beds were decently comfortable and they split them apart into two singles for my dad and I to share a room. There was plenty of space for our bags and clothes, etc. We had trouble with the blinds not properly closing, so we had to prop things against them to keep the early morning light from coming in. Similarly the shower was okay, but not in the best condition. It had one of those glass half-walls that always seems to let some water out (at least when we North Americans use them), rather than a full enclosure or shower curtain. The included breakfast was simple but nice - toast, pastries, fruit and yogurt, juice, and a serve-yourself automated cappuccino maker. There was a nice patio type area (4 walls but no roof) where you could enjoy breakfast with some fresh air. For the location and the price (and a good breakfast), this hotel can't be beat. For a bit more modern and comfy accommodations, this may not be quite what you're after.
