Su principal problema es la limpieza y la calidad del colchón. Encontramos una mancha de ¿sangre? bastante grande en las sábanas, imposible no haberla visto en el momento de hacer la cama. El respiradero del baño tenía polvo de no haber sido limpiado en muchos meses y la ducha tenía unas manchas de suciedad enormes (adjunto fotografía). La colcha que cubría la cama estaba llena de pelotillas y tenía algún pelo. Las toallas de la ducha también estaban sucias pero dejan repuesto en el pasillo y cogimos unas limpias. El colchón **MUY** blando y la nevera apenas enfriaba. Había varios clavos oxidados que sobresalían del suelo y las sillas de la habitación tenían manchas oscuras. El apartamento está muy bien situado pero estos detalles, muy fáciles de solucionar, hacen que la experiencia sea terrible. Ojalá trabajen en solucionarlos! Para futuros inquilinos: aunque avisan de que no limpian la habitación mientras estás alojado, si utilizas la papelera del baño (mujeres con periodo) necesitas tener bolsas para tirarlo tu a la basura. Ten en cuenta que te alojas en el centro, aunque son muros gruesos y triple cristal se escuchará bastante a aquellos que estén de fiesta bajo tu ventana (hay varios restaurantes con terraza). Si la gente está cenando tranquilamente y hablando/riendo en tono normal no es molesto.

Camera davvero molto ampia come il bagno. Arredamento essenziale. Posizione favolosa a due passi dal centro. Comodissimo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica osservazione: da migliorare la pulizia. Comodo anche per il check in autonomo.

Posizione ottima, rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Tutto sommato non ho riscontrato grossi problemi. PS: affaccia su una strada abbastanza rumorosa, per noi non è stato un problema ma per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo.

Camere con posizione strategica a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Firenze. Purtroppo però rispetto alle fotografie, la camera è risultata essere al di sotto delle aspettative. Pulizia scarsa, muri pieni di macchie, pulizia del bagno mediocre. Bagnoschiuma all'interno della doccia vecchio e di un colore poco invitante. I letti singoli sono dei divani trasformati in letti, scomodi e non adatti a chi è alto più di 1,80 m. Caffè in polvere presente in camera scaduto da sei mesi e bollitore probabilmente mai pulito prima. Non ci ritornerei.

The room was far from luxurious. The shower drain was totally blocked during our stay and when I requested to get it fixed was totally ignored. Mattress old, stained and lumpy. Really in bad condition.

What a beautiful location! The room was lovely and the AC was welcome. The beds were very comfortable! One thing: the shower needed unclogging!

Due to multiple train delays we got to the accommodation at 7pm (outside of check in time). We updated the hotel at 2pm we would be late for this reason they said this was fine and we could check in late with a code, or they could attend to assist for extra 30€. They did not provide a code for check in and would not respond to text messages after this, we were left out on the street unable to check in. We attempted to call multiple times which just rang out and sent multiple text messages. We waited 3 hours and had no response so had to find another hotel at 10pm. Will be demanding a full refund when we finally get a response! Would not recommend

Definitely not a “hotel.” Says there was air conditioning but there was not. No on staff help, phone number to staff didn’t work. Hard to communicate. Good for a long stay where you don’t want to be bothered. Very big room. Clean, safe, etc. but nothing special

Unfortunately this was the lowest point of our trip to Europe and given the price and the Luxury on the name, it was quite a surprise. Check-in hours are VERY tight and there's no staff so if you arrive early you have to store your luggage elsewhere. When entering the building there's one really DARK room (even at mid-day) where the light sensor does not kick in until you are almost in the middle of the darkness. After that, the room is really clean, comfortable and well taken care of... until the night comes. We where there on May, during the spring, so naturally I asked if we could use the A/C (their policy says its not available only on winter) but still they refused to let us use it. So the "Luxury" in the name is a deceit because we had to sleep with the tiny window open. The room was REALLY hot all night and a bar just down below had people screaming until 3am+ every night... all of which could have been solved just turning the already available A/C. To end our surprise, in the morning we noticed our room had been INVADED by huge mosquitoes (at least double the normal) as there's no window screen... and the following nights just got worse. The convenient location does not justify the overprice and how this place is managed at all. Avoid if you appreciate a good nights sleep.
