Hotel Fedora

Hidden fee and stone cold heart staff hungry to cash, broken flush, moldy smell room, and very annoying street location no chance to sleep at all. Family holiday to Florence for only one night stay. informed check in at 8pm due traffic delay and no response until next day morning said a 20€ cash extra payment because reception finished at 7pm. Arrived at 7:45 and called for check in, a night staff hungrily asking for cash, no cash no check in, refused card payment, refused payment next morning before check out, but there was a card machine over the desk. Running in the very wet night to ATM to get cash for him. Family was exhausted and baby was crying in the car. Staff did not care about exhausted guests but only cash. Room is really old and full of moldy smell, flush broken and need to flush with shower head. Very annoying street location, old fashion window could not close, no chance to sleep at all. Total cost 183.41 plus 20 extra for two adults and 4ys old. Terrible experience even.

Be careful - I know it is 2 star hotel so I did not expected much but this was real disappointment. We picked this hotel because the picture on booking com looked nice - I do not mind simple room and old furniture, I need the room to be clean (shower... something you do not want to step in). We picked the room because hotel say they have parking = or they can arrange is parking. Be careful - what they do is that after several messages sent they send me name of public parking - they do not arrange anything and you have to pay for sure. I do not like when hotel lie on what service they do for you! Communication was extremely difficult - I had to ask several times and never got real answer, and what I got was 6 hrs after we checked in. Finally I have been said I booked and got superior room - well make your own opinion on what we got. Definitely compare the other pictures our room was definitely not superior.. May be got punished that I have contacted *********** to help me with communication with the hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Abbiamo alloggiato 3 amici presso la struttura 3 amici. Struttura molto sporca, camera molto rumorosa e luminosa di notte. Accoglienza zero, personale poco professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo 0. Non la consiglio e non ci tornerò mai!

Hotel in bellissima posizione centro e stazionedi treni raggiungibile a 10 minuti a piedi. L'albergo è un palazzo antico molto bello. Stanza grande pulitissima, noi eravamo in 4 e la stanza era su due piani. Letti comodi non manca nulla attrezzata anche di asciugacapelli. Unica cosa alla doccia mancava una parte della la parete doccia. Il personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Vriendelijk personeel en heel behulpzaam. Vooral Ermal. Alles aanwezig op de kamer. Prima keuze geweest. Locatie net buiten het levendige centrum maar alles is binnen 20 minuten lopen. Ontbijt is basic, maar voor 7 euro is dat meer dan goed.

staff molto cordiale, camera grande con materassi comodi e pulita. ad una sola fermata di filobus x arrivare in stazione centrale,infatti essendo in zona ztl, é difficile parcheggiare (c è un parcheggio privato convenzionato a 30euro/giorno).

Hotel Fedora è molto comodo alla stazione centrale Santa Maria Novella a Firenze, ci sono parecchi coperti e custoditi nelle vicinanze a pochi passi. Il personale è molto gentile ed attento ad ogni richiesta, camere pulite e calde nella stagione invernale

Ho prenotato questo hotel telefonicamente per tre notti e la mia cagnolina maya poi con grande maestria di sami ho allungato di un altra notte la permanenza riuscendomi a dare la stessa camera. Posizione accoglienza e servizi idonei al prezzo. Con affetto Angelo e maya

Ormai di casa…Vengo in quest’hotel ormai da settembre per lavoro , struttura accogliente con personale gentile , camere ordinate e pulite. L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale in una strada ben frequentata, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria novella e circa 20 minuti a piedi dal duomo . Se cercate un hotel in centro con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , scegliete il Fedora.
