Hotel Bencidormi

This is a simple and great place to stay. The hotel is very close to everything including the train station or the tram station which is very useful for airport connections. Then it's walking distance from any landmarks, shops, restaurants. My room was quiet, warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice to have a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits at the reception. The hosts are lovely too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return here again.

Tornato dopo due anni, nulla è cambiato, perché nulla necessitava di cambiare, in quanto tutto era ed è perfetto! I miei complimenti ai titolari (Paola e Roberto) e alla loro collaboratrice domestica Pulizia approfondita, riscaldamento autonomo molto confortevole, letti comodi, servizi extra eccellenti ed accoglienza superlativa! Mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque, la mia soddisfazione è stata massima e ho fatto il checkout con una lieve malinconia (mi dispiace sempre lasciare il bello) Grazie di esistere Roberto, le auguro ogni bene!

Un nome un programma, camera completa di tutto quello che ti puo' servire, posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro, ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal sig. Roberto, caffe' e te' sempre disponibili. Cosa volere di piu'? grazie per la bella esperienza

Super petit hôtel. Tout est là. Très très proche du centre historique. Le lit était très confortable. Et l'attention est extraordinaire ! L'hôtel est très propre aussi. Le petit déjeuner est pris dans un bar en dehors de l'hôtel et il est très bien aussi.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec notre fille. Chambre très propre, tout comme la sdb. Accueil très chaleureux, situé dans le quartier San Lorenzo, proche de nombreux restaurants et non loin de la gare. A quelques minutes à pieds des sites historiques. A conseiller!

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben es hauptsächlich wegen der guten Bewertungen und der guten Lage ausgesucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und kleinem Bad Richtung Innenhof und so war es auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hat eine ausreichende Größe und war sehr sauber. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Das Bad und die Dusche sind wirklich sehr klein, aber ausreichend (uns fehlten ein paar Ablageflächen mehr im Bad). Das Bett sowie die Polster waren gemütlich. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns bei der Ankunft beim Koffertragen geholfen (kein Lift). Das Einzige was uns wirklich gefehlt hat, war ein Safe. Hier würde sich der Schrank anbieten. Die Lage ist absolut top, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einem kurzen Fussmarsch. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist sind, sind wir mit der Tram (T2) nach Florenz gefahren (kostet nur EUR 1,50) und dann zu Fuss in knapp 10 Minuten beim Hotel gewesen. Dieses liegt in einer wenig befahrenen Straße, direkt neben einer Trattoria. Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind absolut top - wir kommen wieder!

Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits. Situé près de la gare dans le quartier San Lorenzo, quartier vivant et très agréable. Chambre et sanitaire impeccable. Jolie déco. Personnel très accueillant et de bons conseils. Prix attractif. On reviendra !

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet établissement, lors d’un voyage en couple à Florence. Tout était très bien, emplacement central, chambre impeccable, propreté irréprochable, etc. L’accueil a été particulièrement très bon (disponibilité, conseils, etc.)

Ma che fortuna!! Siamo venuti a Firenze per andare al concerto della Nannini, essendoci anche il GP la stessa settimana, Vasco quella dopo e il Florence Rock Festival nei giorni successivi, non riuscivamo a trovare un posto ma in calcio d'angolo abbiamo trovato questo delizioso albergo. A due passi dal Duomo e praticamente vicino a tutti i posti più importanti da visitare siamo stati accolti da Roberto, una persona fantastica che si è messo subito a nostra completa dispozione e dalle sue maniere e dal suo entusiasmo si capisce che ama il suo lavoro. La camera era bella, accogliente, pulita e con tutti i comfort. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente torneremo lì la prossima volta che torniamo in questa magnifica città! Grazie Roberto! A presto!
