A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

房間同樣挺小的，環境整體不如nh，如果推薦，我個人會推薦nh，硬件各方面都更加優秀，但是我預訂的時候送了雙早，也算是彌補了這些缺點

Wonderful and historic place in the heart of Florence . Staff makes you welcome from the minute you arrive. Very clean and well appointed rooms with antique furniture and modern marble bathrooms . Even the basic room category is a comfortable size . We upgraded to a room with the view towards the duomo . Excellent breakfast usually included in the room rate .

The hotel location was wonderful. Close to everything to see, just walk out of the hotel, and within a few minutes, you are at all the top sites. The staff was great, and helpful in every way. Rooms are very nice and facilities top of the line.

We were escorted to our room and the front desk staff really helped out with translating info on our list luggage and speaking to the airport lost luggage staff on our behalf. The only thing that lacked was providing an additional full-sized luggage stand/bench upon 1st & 2nd request.

There was a strong smell in the coridors and rooms.
even after chaging the room it was not much different.
The quality brackfast is below standard. A lot of food offer but all of low quality.
