Κλείσαμε 4 δωμάτια για έναν γάμο στη Φλωρεντία. Τρία δωμάτια ήταν στο κεντρικό κτίριο, που ήταν αρκετά ωραίο, ενώ τα δικά μας στο δευτερεύον, στην άλλη πλευρά της αυλής. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μινιμαλιστικό, η θέρμανση ήταν πάντα απενεργοποιημένη κατά την άφιξη, επιστρέψαμε το βράδυ και ήταν 15 βαθμούς στο δωμάτιο, όχι ακριβώς το ιδανικό. Μπορούσαμε να ακούσουμε όλους τους θορύβους που προέρχονταν από το δωμάτιο πάνω, στην πραγματικότητα δυσκολευτήκαμε να κοιμηθούμε την πρώτη νύχτα. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος στάθμευσης επί πληρωμή είναι πολύ μικρός και ταιριάζουν τα αυτοκίνητα μεταξύ τους σαν tetris, κρατώντας στη συνέχεια τα κλειδιά στη ρεσεψιόν και μετακινώντας τα αν χρειαστεί. Ανησυχούσαμε για το αυτοκίνητο και τις δύο μέρες που μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Ζητήσαμε ένα σίδερο και μας είπαν ότι δεν είχαν, συνήθως τα ξενοδοχεία έχουν τουλάχιστον ένα να δώσουν για κάθε ενδεχόμενο, εκπλαγήκαμε που δεν ήταν εκεί. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό, υπήρχαν σκόνες σκόνης που κυλούσαν γύρω και μαλλιά κολλημένα στις διπλωμένες πετσέτες στο κρεβάτι κατά την άφιξη. Ωστόσο, το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και το πρωινό είναι άφθονο.

Ο φίλος μου οργάνωσε τα πάντα την τελευταία στιγμή και ήταν καλός, ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό βοήθησε επίσης να μας δώσει οδηγίες για την πόλη. Σίγουρα ένα ξενοδοχείο για να επιστρέψετε. Ο ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης δεν είναι μικρός άθλος στη Φλωρεντία και ένα εξαιρετικό πρωινό.

We had a really lovely stay for a week for my 60th birthday. The staff were very attentive & gave us advice about Florence & the surrounding area. The continental breakfast included was great & a good opportunity to fill up before sightseeing. Rooms were comfy, had all the amenities & very quiet. The only drawback is being a good 20 minutes from the centre of Florence but if we had a hotel closer the cost would have been significantly more & it would have been much noisier. Overall, we loved this hotel & would definitely recommend it.

They sent me to another property not as good as this one without any previous notification and with no compensation. Awful.

Horrible service!!! I booked the room via Booking and I arrived at the hotel discovering they were overbooked. They didn't send me any email (even no calls or advise about the problem) and no possibility of canceling the booking and choose by myself an option that suited my needs. They booked for me another hotel really basic, noisy and cheaper without giving me the difference of the money back (they kept it for themselves). I tried to call the reception and the answers were really rude and impolite, continuing saying 'I don't know what to answer...' Not recommended at all!! You're at high risk of not having the hotel you booked, finding yourself in another one with the answer that it has the same stars as their (but not the same facilities and quality, at all!!)

First when I entered the room there were no curtains on the windows. The outside doors leading out to the balcony did not open. The storm shutters had no way to hold them open. The common areas were ok. As for the room the bed was awful and placed length wise against the wall and made up with cheap linen. The Wi-Fi worked for my first few hours in the room then stopped working for the rest of my 4 or 5 day stay.. I never do reviews but this had to be said

Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Firenze.
Supermarket few metres away.
Bus stop nearby and few restaurants around.
Breakfast is not much in variety but enough to get by and start your day.
Nice bed, pillows and storage facility.
If you want a taxi, best thing to do is ask the reception.
And remember reception closes at 8pm.
Mark was excellent always trying to help as much as possible and also the lady receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name)
Overall positive hotel.

The owner ( Gentleman) in the office, was very helpful. The lady helping with the breakfast looked very annoyed all the time. The beds, pillows and mattress were terrible. The sheets felt like paper;(
The room and the bathroom smelled like a very strong urine. I can still smell it! So gross. The free breakfast was not very good. It was free, I guess!!

My friend and I were quite underwhelmed when we first entered our room. I had booked a triple room but there were no sheets or pillows on the twin bed, only two pillows on the queen bed. There were no batteries in the safe and the plug on the electric kettle did not match the outlet on the wall. There were also a few stains on the duvet and mattress cover. Of course all these issues were resolved when I brought them to the front desk person’s attention the next morning, however, they did cause a bad first impression.
