We decided to stay at this hotel because of the proximity to the rail station so we would not have to haul our luggage to the city center. We also thought the size of the rooms would be nice. When we checked in, we were put in a room that is nothing like the photos and why we chose to book. When we approached management about the small accommodations, they said they did not have another room to move us to. I then asked for compensation because of the inferior quality and size of the room and was given a partial refund of the taxes only. The room we booked online vs. the actual room is drastically different. The bathroom is the size of a phone booth, not the lavish bathroom depicted in the photos online. The 3rd bed has a visible divot in the bed and is very uncomfortable. We would have expected more for the premium we paid. Very disappointed in both quality and service. We will not stay here again.

Wonderful stay over New Year's Eve. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Fun to watch all the fireworks from the terrace. Location is great with the train station a block away. Easy 25 min train ride straight to the airport, or high speed rail to Roma.

Very easy to find. Really close to train station. Check in and out was smooth. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to all the attractions we planned to visit.

It was a great experience, with an amazing kind and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and attentive to all our needs. In case you choose to visit Florence, Annabella Roof Terrace Hotel is a must.

Perfect hotel for Florence … In the centre, 15 min walk to every attraction and 6 min from train. Comfy beds and lovely staff especially helpful Fernando in reception. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and all very modern interiors within traditional Florence architecture

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Annabella, which has a very convenient location just minutes from the Piazza Santa Maria Novella (and the basilica) and the central railway station. Staff were very friendly and directed us to a good restaurant for our first meal out; there is a lovely small roof terrace for views and a good choice of food at breakfast.

Very great experience in this hotel. Just 1 block from the train station and basically 10-15 mins walking distance to all Florence attractions. Good breakfast with pastries but also eggs, yogourt, cereals. Traditional Italian rooms, not modern as American standards but very clean, comfortable and good price for the average in the historic center of Florence. The top roof is a must.

The hotel was good, room was clean and the staff were excellent. We were on the third floor, so glad to have the elevator. It was a great location to go see the markets and walk around the city. The only drawback was the street leading up to rhe hotel was dirty nd smelled badly of urine.

Hotel is conveniently located across the street from train station and neadby tram which takes you directly to FLR airport. They serve a good variety breakfast options and their rooftop view is stunning. Be mindful they do charge extra per person above a party of two and requires tax payment in euros. I will definitely recommend stayung here for the location, price and free breakfast
