Oltrarno 1881 Apartments

Everything was good at the beginning. Place was good, location was good. Then, some creatures came in to the house from bath. We try to cover for first two days but their numbers increased day by day. You need to think twice before you stay in this house

We stayed in the Wellness apar**ent with its own hamam and workout space. It was extremely well equipped, very comfortable and secure. It was within walking distance of central Florence and had many great restaurants nearby. The staff at the Grand Hotel Bagnioli were extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much. Book these apar**ents you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing trip to Florence with this location as our home base. Fantastic location to all the major highlights of Florence. Very cool understated neighbourhood just foot steps away from the heart of Florence. Highly rate this location accomodation

Nice themed apar**ents, well equipped kitchen, and good location. Stayed in the Writer Room. Nice furnishings, however, there are some issues I will address. 1. The bedroom is upstairs so if you have any type of physical issues which prohibit you from using stairs, then I recommend not staying here. There are plenty of other apar**ents at that location which do not have stairs. 2. The A/C was an issue for several days because it's centrally controlled. We would notify the host and they would have maintenance get it functioning remotely. However, this continued for five days until finally maintenance set it to full on all the time...and of course we didn't have any more issues for the remainder of our stay in regards to the A/C. 3. There are towel warmers in both bathrooms. The upstairs can be turned on and off, however, the first floor can not and remained extremely hot throughout the entire time. We had to keep the door shut at all times, but the other problem with that is the washing machine is located in the same room. Therefore, it would get even hotter when clothes were drying. Basically, the room is too hot during the warmer months to be functional. Note: The host was notified about the issue several times and apparently there isn't anything that can be done to turn it off. 4. The bed is very firm and the pillows are flat. 5. There are not window coverings to prohibit sunlight from shining in starting around 6am which means by 7am the bedroom is completely lit up. 6. If you are a light sleeper, this apar**ent faces a parking lot, restaurant, and busy street, so be prepared to be awakened early morning or late night. Overall, I think the host and concierge were quick to respond to any requests, however, it seemed that those requests may have been a bit delayed in being resolved.

An incredible experience of simple but excellent detail and sumptuous furnishing in this wonderful apar**ent. Very comfortable for 4 adults . We were 3 . We took the secret garden apar**ent for a 5 day visit . It was beyond our own expectations having read the reviews - It is run by the Hotel but it’s an independent building away from the Hotel . The hotel are available for any assistance and we found them extremely helpful . Every day we were overjoyed with the style and comfort of this beautiful apar**ent furnished in the best and most comfortable furnishings- this is a smart apar**ent- learn how to use the IT and you are off to a great stay . Wifi - Bluetooth- TV and full smart features. Instructions on all appliances on the tablet - go look about and you will find your directions and answers to your questions- if not call the hotel who were extremely helpful . Take cloths for the kitchen - and cleaners for the WC . Nothing apart from towels are provided for the bathrooms. Dishwasher - washer dryer and heated towel rails all excellent. Only negative is that there is no where in the bathrooms to place your toiletries- as it’s no minimal in design - however we got over it as we are aesthetically obsessed- well I am 😌. If you are used to self catering this is a class of its own . And great value in one of the best and coolest parts of town in the heart of San Lorenzo- 15 mins stroll to the Ponte Vecchio. We would return without question. It was like staying in a designer show flat and we loved every minute. Enjoy .

Brilliant location on the quieter South side of the Arno, but in striking distance to all the culture and restaurants you could want. Very comfortable beds. The only negative is that everything is so modern we could hardly work out how to use the shower or hob! Like much of Florence, we struggled to get a decent WI-FI signal.

We stayed for 4 nights in the “Time” apar**ent and really loved it. The apar**ent is very well appointed and comfortable. We were able to cook in the beautiful and modern kitchen and clean our clothes in the convenient washer-dryer. The apar**ent is located within crawling distance of excellent restaurants like Brebere Pizza and Antico Ristoro di Cambi. The hotel baglioni staff (the apar**ents are owned and managed by that hotel) were in constant communication with me and were incredibly helpful multiple times. In fact, I left my passports in my safe by accident and they tracked me down to make sure we grabbed them before we left. I could not have asked for anything more from this property and management. Please do consider though that it is in Oltrarno, and not the middle of Florence, so there is a 10-15 min walk to get to the major sights. Not a big deal usually, but it was a bit of a pain in the hot summer with 95-105F temperatures. That being said, we did love being able to retire to a less crowded and loud location at the end of the day. I cannot recommend this property enough!

I stayed in Baglioni, another hotel of the group but their staff stole my luggage worth 15000 euro and hotel didn't reply after 4moths. 我住在這個集團的另一個酒店Baglioni, 他們的員工偷了我的行李箱，總共我購物的商品價值15000歐元，4個月過去酒店不給出任何的處理回覆。圖片是報警記錄。

Nous étions dans l’appartement Gourmet. La décoration est splendide et la cuisine superbement équipée. Très moderne. La literie était confortable. Cela dit, la douche de la première chambre est vraiment trop petite, mon conjoint a dû utiliser celle de l’autre chambre. Il manque également de rangements dans la deuxième chambre pour poser les affaires de toilette. L’appartement est a 15 min a pieds du centre de Florence donc bien situé. Il y a deux restaurants en bas de l’appartement mais ils sont vraiment bruyants… du bruit jusque plus de minuit et dès 7h du matin pour les livraisons…
