The hotel room is clean, modern and bright with all amenities needed including kettle. Have good facilities include gym, the rooftop pool and bar is the highlight of the hotel, beautiful view of Firenze and sunset, they serve a small buffet with drink for euro 20 on thursday, a must to go.

Hotel is dirty
no service in hotel to assist with anything. you will need to take your own luggage up and down.
no iron, they will tell you to use a shared ironing room.
hotel is a disaster.
no toothbrushes
no water bottles.
carpark is extra cost.

Very nice hotel. Close to touristical area and train station. The breakfast very good same as the other NH hotels.

開始以為離火車站幾分鐘，實際上有一定距離，建議火車站出來坐有軌電車兩個站下車比較方便。門口有台階，要抬行李走幾級台階才能到大堂。暖架不會自動開，無法烘乾衣服，諮詢了前台也無法單獨安排開。但前台有一位負責後勤的黑人兄弟很好，雖然天台的游泳池和餐廳這個季節沒開，但我們想上去拍照看夜景他也幫忙開門，感謝他。

L'hôtel est à côté de l'ambassade des États-Unis, donc quartier très sécurisé, un peu loin du centre historique, 20-30 min à pied, très beau hall d'entrée. La chambre était spacieuse avec un frigo moderne, discret, une bouilloire, kit de thé et café, la salle de bain avait un bidet, une baignoire, un miroir magnifique, l'éclairage de la chambre moderne, une climatisation très silencieuse, un lit queen size de rêve, la savonnerie de l'hôtel sent bon, clef électronique sécurisante.
La piscine au dernier étage n'est pas grande, petite trempette pour se détendre avec une belle vue sur les environs.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, américain ou continental, plusieurs énormes machines à café, grand choix de salé, de croissants, pains ou du sucré.
Bref je recommande fortement, le prix est moins cher pour une qualité irréprochable, j'y reviendrai c'est sûr !

The receptionist greeted me with a big smile for when I arrived and even given me a free room upgrade which was so nice of them!
I stayed for two nights. I left my toothpaste cap lying around and the housekeeping even help me to put the cap back on for when they made my room, which I think it was ever so considerate of them.
The breakfast so so good. Love their creamy scrambled eggs that they had served! Dinner was ok.
I would totally recommend staying at this hotel for whatever the reason visiting Florence and so near to the city centre by foot!

The nightly staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help me up their front stairs with my bag. The morning staff tried to make up for it when I checked out; however, the damage was done. The rooms need updating.
