Villa Barbie has the practicality of a house which is all on one floor with French doors opening directly onto the lawned garden. The presence of fencing and a large access gate ensures guests security and privacy. Equipped with independent heating it is suitable for holidays all year round.
At about 400 meters from the white sandy beach, with equipped areas with bathing establishments and free. About 1 km from the shopping centre, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, with a large communal park with bowls and volleyball court. Because of its location, a car is advisable.
The house has a living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and Tv. A double bedroom with window, a twin bedroom with French window overlooking the garden with bunk bed and possibility to add a third bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The outdoor area is equipped to enjoy life in the open air: covered patio with table, chairs and bench. Sunbeds in the garden, outdoor shower, barbecue.
