Stayed here once before, very pleased with the high quality of the lodgings for a reasonable price....rooms are immaculate, staff is always very helpful and friendly, and there's a nice mini breakfast in the morn...
my next Peoria stay will be right back here again!

Expectations on low-budget accommodations can vary, but I was quite pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort of the room I was given. Everything as quite nice. The common areas are more "common" though, and not as nice as I'd expected. There were several unusual aromas in the hallway areas, as well as the front lobby. Once in thre room all was well.

We needed an inexpensive room for the night and that is the only expectation this met. The hallways are carpeted with sample tiles that do not even try to match or coordinate. When getting up this morning, I dropped something behind the pillows and when I went to retrieve it I found a dirty set of bloody sheets under there. Needless to say, I was creeped out.

Quick and easy check in. Clean and open lobby area. The room was open. Disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room. No carpet on the floors, but the flooring was sharp looking and swept. The bed had mattress springs so it could be loud at times. The sheets were clean, but I got a little weirded out by some black particles on them.

If you're looking for a clean place to put your head down for a night on a budget, this is a good place. Most places that are on budget are pretty sketchy, but this place was nice and clean. Needed a place to stay for the night during robotics

Over all, the place is" worn out". Breakfast was very poor. Carpets in the hall, non in the room, were heavily stained and dirty. I did not feel safe or at all comfortable. I will not return.

I was able to check in early, which is appreciated since I had meetings until late.

A nice, clean, quiet room. Just what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the property to all.

Truly excellent no frills motel, with clean bright newly-renovated rooms and premises....we were very pleased with the comfort and excellence of our accommodations!
...really convenient location as well, easy to get to, with some good local restaurants close by...
