Fabulous stay at a great hotel. Staff are all so kind and helpful. I really appreciated my birthday treat, what a lovely surprise!! The hotel is in such a beautiful location. If you are looking for a chilled hotel with a great vibe, I really recommend this hotel.

I’m writing this on day 2 of my first holiday on my own, 5 months after my lovely husband died. I was in two minds about coming back to Majorca, as it held memories of our first holiday together and other very happy ones thereafter, all trips to celebrate his birthday. Having decided on a whim in the sleepless small hours that I needed time alone to reflect on and process my huge loss, I booked an EasyJet holiday to a different part of the island than we’d visited together, picking a family-friendly hotel with access to both some small beaches and some safe walking routes. I had no idea what to expect, and it felt like taking a leap into the unknown. When I arrived at Iberostar Pinos Park I was greeted by a giant starfish (an enthusiastic animation team!) and the professional and reassuring Marie, who greeted me with an offer of liquid refreshment while I checked in. I chose to pay for an upgrade to an upstairs room with a more private balcony, which had the bonus of having an oblique sea view. I’ve stayed in some decent hotels before, but I was blown away by the room. There are two separate spaces, one containing the (very comfortable) bed, the other housing two closets, a ‘fridge and a microwave, plus an easy chair, and both with floor to ceiling windows onto the balcony (which has 3 chairs, a table and a clothes airer). The bathroom is spotless and a good size, and the shower reliable and powerful. The bedding and towels are of a good quality, and the range of organic toiletries is impressive. The addition of a hairdryer is lovely too. The hotel chain is committed to reducing environmental impact, and as well as providing room based recycling, encourages guests to refill a glass carafe with filtered water from points around the hotel. The facilities are perfect for families, with playgrounds, sports and lovely pools (with a lifeguard) in well-tended grounds. Pool towels can be borrowed for a 20€ deposit. As gorgeous as the hotel is, it’s the location that’s made it; the two beaches are perfect, and the sea is clear and warm enough for a seasoned swimmer, even in April. I stayed half board because I didn’t want to be tied to returning for lunch, but fully inclusive also seems good value. The food is great; varied, fresh, lots of healthy options, plus delicious desserts! The wine is reasonably priced, and the coffee from the pool bar of a good standard. There’s a supermarket just round the corner if you’ve forgotten anything too. The staff are all lovely, and the guests are a great international mix. If you’re looking for an adults-only type of experience this hotel isn’t for you, but if you are a middle-aged female first time solo traveller looking for somewhere you can relax in anonymity in beautiful surroundings I’d recommend starting here. I’m already planning my next visit…

Iberostar Pinos Park on Mallorca is located about an hour away from the airport, PMI. The hotel is overlooking at cove and has easy access to the beach, as well as boasting a big outdoor pool at the centre of the property. On the back of the property is the tennis court, children's playground and the main stage for the evening entertainment. The reception is at the streetlevel and the main restaurant and pool bar are on the pool level. Here you also find the what they call a fitness centre, which in reality is a 2x3 meter cupboard where they put old exercise equipment in. To make it more interesting they also limit the hours to 10-19 and you need to book it! Needless to say, if you come here for exercise, then running on the streets are your best option! The rooms are what you would expect from an all inclusive holiday place, and most rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool area. The food is good and varied, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall good value, but not much around the hotel unless you have a car.

Vegan Food is indicated and if you ask you get some nice additionals options (vegan cake, avotoast). Crew is very friendly. Room are clean and big. Very nice view on the sea. Just the gym is very small but there is a big gym over the street and the prize is only 8 euros for a day entrance.

Basic rooms but with everything you need (if you need anything else, reception is ready to help you ALWAYS). I really like the idea and the commitment they have with the environment (it would be nice on arrivals more information about it). Staff is friendly & many live with natural smiles (maybe others not so much, I get this feeling)...Wonderful attention with my little boys from Sonia and her hot chocolates (loved her). Very funny always in all games our boy Chip (congratulations). Its our first time in a hotel with our children and it has been a very nice experience. Thanks all.

Just returned from a 4 night stay as a family of 4 (2 kids 6 & 1 year). The hotel is just over an hour drive from Palma airport. We arrived before our checkin time and our bags were taken and kept at reception for us, so we could go and have lunch which was very much needed. I would say download hotel app as soon you can as there’s lots of information about activities throughout, which was brilliant. Rooms- we booked a family room which had a fridge and microwave which was lovely touch. Pros- very spacious and clean, lovely view from balcony of the resort and partial sea view. The air con was wonderful and much needed as it was 37 degrees. Cons- not ultra modern in terms of decor but not really an issue. Food & drinks- we used the buffet and there was always more than enough food & drinks. You had the regular buffet which varied each night, then you had a themed section. Particularly loved the grilled fish and meat section. Our little ones had plenty of choices to pick from. The snack bar by the pool was also good for small snacks and drinks. Facilities- - Very clean hotel throughout -Wifi is brilliant throughout the whole hotel -There are 5 swimming pools all very child friendly throughout the resort, some with slides. Always enough sun-beds and no issues getting towels. -Evening shows usually started 8:45-9pm for about 1:30- 2 hrs. If your room is near the stage area which ours was and you are a light sleeper it may disturb you but it wasn’t extremely loud. There is a bar near the stage as well for drinks which was lovely. There is also play area near the stage for the lil ones who may still have extra energy at that time of the night. But you can equally use it during the day. The kids particularly loved Frozen stage production. There is a tennis court, mini golf, table tennis, play area, so plenty of things to do. All the staff at the hotel are 5*, very helpful and friendly. They run a very smooth service throughout. They really deserve all the recognition and praise for all they do. There is a shop opposite the hotel for floats and stuff like that. But if you need a supermarket type shop you would have to take a bus to the nearest town. They provide a glass bottle in the room which you can fill up with water at various vantage points. But we chose to do it at the restaurant with the very cold filtered water from the machines. This was extremely handy for us so we didn’t need to go anywhere to buy bottled water. The beach is right by the hotel, a lovely white sandy beach and absolutely breathtaking clear blue water. A perfect family holiday for us and would definitely return again!! Thank you for having us

The hotel facilities and gardens are really well maintained, the service is amazing, lots of fun activities for adults and children, delicious food. This stay encouraged me to sign up to a step class when I got back and for someone who hates exercising it's a great sign. I really recommend joining fitness classes - some of them, such as cycling and pilates are held in the area with a beautiful sea view. Also rifle shooting and archery were great fun (big thanks to Chip!) There's a mini train that leaves from outside the hotel, opposite the beach, Mon- Sat and goes to various beaches, as well as plaza pinnos where you will find lots of nice shops. The only thing to keep in mind is that 95% of visitors are German. I expected a bit more of a mix of nationalities, especially for our little one who doesn't speak German. Another thing about the hotel is that the rooms are a bit dated and our curtains had small holes in them 🙈 but it's a minor negative compared to all the positives. P.S: Please install a low hand rail along the stairwell leading from the family rooms to the ground floor (our boy tumbled down onto his face).

Hotel was great. Clean and tidy great maid service Pool was great fun and there was lifeguard on duty all through the day Plenty of dinners smattered about the place more than enough for everyone The location of the hotel itself was excellent right where the beach is you can see the beach whilst having breakfast. Idyllic setting as well amongst the pines and beautiful scenery Staff where always cheerful and helpful and entertainment through the day and night Food and drink where great plenty to choose from and drinks wise a few cocktails and top shelf drinks on the all inclusive which was available at least 0800-2300 All in all a great family holiday our party ranged from 9 months to 67 yrs old and all really enjoyed it My daughter who is 15 didn’t want to come at first we almost had to drag her then we couldn’t get her to leave she loved it so much
