Nicolaus Club Fontane Bianche

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful bay with blue sea. The hotel provides a lot of services for the whole family and different ages. Very kind staff, especially the reception open to answer any special requests.

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good- animation staff and management were courteous and friendly. There was a good amount of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality was good as well. The beach was amazing and water was clean. The pool was fine. The cleaning staff were nice and brought new towels daily. The bad- when we arrived, we were told the air condition was not turned on (originally we were told there was a problem in the area) and we learned quickly the staff did not turn it on. We were given a different room with its own air system, which we appreciated. The ugly- the rooms and property are seriously outdated. The place overall needs a major renovation. The room we had needs a serious upgrade: toilet had a whistle noise every few minutes because the water level kept dropping due to a leak, the shower head was broken and water went everywhere, the elevator was extremely loud and each time it was used, it sounded as if it was banging the ceiling. The terrace could have been beautifully furnished since it has an amazing view but there was literally nothing apart from a few chairs. All inclusive family place that missed an opportunity to be amazing in spectacular Sicily.

Very beautiful hotel. Very welcoming hosts. The receptionist are always ready to offer a hand and helped me to fulfill every desire. The food is great. They manage to serve high quality food and the offer is very varied. Wonderful beach. Fun activities are offered throughout the stay. Thank you again for the experience

We’ve been coming back for 12 years and will certainly continue to do so for years to come. Our daughters waited eagerly to return each year and in their teens still the same love for the place. An amazingly beautiful Beach Club with stunning scenery and expertly cared for beaches. Every care is taken by the staff to safeguard the exquisite environment they have around them and treat every single guest with care and attention. From the management team to the gardeners, you instantly feel that you are their sole priority. The accommodation and dining areas are all in close proximity to the beaches with constant entertainment offered throughout the day by a fantastic team of animators including dance, Zumba, Aqua aerobics, and so much more. In the evenings there is always theatre and dancing taking place so something for everyone. The children’s club is also what kept bringing us back as the children absolutely adore all the activities created for them including dance, crafts, yacht outings etc. The food is also to die for with dishes made from local produce prepared by the best chefs who take every care to cater for every need and for whom nothing is too much trouble. Spectacular place. Amazing people. Simply the best!

This hotel is by one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily, with golden sand and spotless turquoise sea! It was overall a comfortable stay with good cleaning standards, professional and lovely staff and reasonable choice of food - fresh local fish almost daily, was especially great. The friendly “animazione Nicolaus club”, always present but without being overwhelming, helped keep a relaxed atmosphere, very nice for families; capo villaggio Peppe was really able to keep well together and manage a very energetic group of professionals, of whom I’d especially like to mention the miniclub staff and in particular Jessica - our little Leo- “Simba” absolutely loved activities with them, from the water games and the mini-tour on the sail boat to the dancing and the final show! We’ll definitely be glad to return!

sono venuta con la classe e le camere sono indecenti (caccole nei cuscini, capelli nei letti, macchie di dubbiosa natura, l’asciugacapelli va pochissimo, abbiamo trovato dei calzini usati, la carta igienica era aperta quindi non l’avevano cambiata) si vede perciò che le camere non le puliscono sempre dopo degli ospiti. il personale è completamente irrispettoso, dovevo chiedere di far aggiustare le tapparelle e mi hanno fatto aspettare almeno 5 minuti solo perché le due ragazze stavano usando il telefono. vi consiglio di mangiare il meno possibile, sembra che abbiano trovato il cibo nella spazzatura. le prese sono solo tre in una camera da tre (ce ne sarebbe una quarta ma va pochissimo) e lo spazio è ai minimi sindacali. dopo il passaggio del personale nelle camere per pulirle sono stranamente spariti un ferro per i capelli e un maglione. se volete venirci venite per hallowen, come casa degli orrori è perfetta. allego foto di macchie (probabilmente escrementi) su un tappetino per i piedi e i calzini usati.

staff gentilissimo sopratutto il signor Carmelo che ci ha aiutato in una missione speciale ❤️😘. abbiamo vissuto un esperienza fantastica e indimenticabile a due passi dal mare e dalle altre città della sicilia. mare fantastico, piscina fantastica, campi fantastici e tanto divertimento

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più di questa struttura è il fatto che affacci sul mare. il cibo non è dei migliori ma il servizio, soprattutto in sala è ottimo. Era divertente la musica che mettevano la sera. La mattina e il pomeriggio si può scendere in spiaggia e lo trovo stupendo. La sabbia è a due passi dalla struttura. Esperienza da rivivere sicuramente.
