Good location, easy check in, great staff, spacious rooms good rates overall I recommend

I have stayed at Footscray motor inn numerous times & I've honestly never had any issues at all. The spa is great, the rooms are clean & perfect sizing for how ever many people are staying. Reception are wonderful. The location is perfect whether you have a car or on transport the tram & a few different buses right at the doorstep train station within walking distance. Plenty of choices for shops if needed. Only thing I'd suggest that could be better is maybe a microwave & or toaster. Also some cutlery & crockery but that's all.

This is the 4th and final time I will stay at this property. I booked a room for 4 people, was given three towels etc. Tried to callmthe service dest to get wifi password, they couldn't hear me. The bathroom cabinet was water damaged, spa bath missing a jet cover and there were hairs on the floor. The tv had splatter marks over it and when I wiped down the dining table the face washer I used turned grey. I was not expecting the Ritz, but clean and tidy would have been nice.

The gentleman who checked us is was a real gentleman and helpful, very pleased with the room for a cheap stay and all round a 10/10 experience.

Horrible place , stinky and cold and they won’t let you cancel for unused days don’t go there.

No Kitchener as told will be. No bedside table lights that work, globe missing. Out side car park broken fences and not clean area.

This motel was dirty , dusty, grimy. Burn marks all over the carpet. Burn marks on the bench tops . Rangehood covered with grime and grease. Broken power point behind bed Bed board scratched paintwork Hooks on the wall with no paintings/prints Mould In the bathroom Broken towel rail Hair on the bathroom floor and grime Urine on the base of the toilet Toilet brush filthy Skirting boards covered in dust Flyscreens ripped Freezer in very small bar fridge compacted with ice so you couldn’t fit anything in. Dirty sock under lounge !! OMG I Could go on and on It was the worst , and I checked out the next morning I had to clean the room before I could sleep They gave me 2 white washers and some shampoo tubes to clean with The washers were black when I finished UNBELIEVABLE When I checked out the next morning there were NO Housekeepers on site , no trolleys no NOTHING! The exterior was dirty and unkempt. No Dining facilities. You had to ask for milk No wine glasses I’m the room. Hair on the crockery in the drawer. I am pursuing a refund with WOTIF as my health was placed in danger at the Footscray Motor Inn. ABSOLUTELY DIRTY.

One terrible night, my child couldn't sleep all night in fear. The room was noisy, dirty, there was no safe door lock. Next to the room they had an argument and we were very scared.
