Horrible experience please don’t book! The place is really dusty when I got my room I thought it was a joke a soon as I open that door I saw roaches walking in the floor the floor was dusty and there was trash everywhere the bed had dead flies I called the front desk to request to move when I went down stairs he gave me the annoying face didn’t even bother to apologize is like he knew already if I could rate this -0 I would the whole place smells musty and cigarettes if you have kids don’t stay here the main doors from the room don’t even lock all the way I didn’t feel safe at all

The rooms could have been alot better cleaned. Hair in bed chicken crumbs on floor. Window was partially opened when entering room.

I killed a roach in my room. The hotel is dirty has an awful smell. It is ghetto!

When I got there to check in they told me my room had been canceled and I since I’d booked through a outside source I’d have to reach out to them.

When they gave us our room my wife opened the door and there was a big dog inside which meant that they gave us someones elses room or they didnt even clean it. Then they gave us another room and it was infested with roaches.

The first room I booked was not ready . The next room was dirty and full of flies. I settled for a full bed. This room was dirty also but Not as dirty as the first. Also had roaches.

The hotel staff was not helpful. The tv channels didn’t work and you had to pay for Wi-Fi
