Hotel Ideal

This was our fifth time on Ischia over a twelve year period, and third time at Hotel Ideal. The room was large, comfortable, with a balcony and a view of sunsets over the sea and town of Forio. The highlights of our stay were very warm reception and family-like environment; full board or half board at your choice; and two pools in a beautiful garden.. One of the pools has hot thermal water. The owner, Paula, was always there to help with your activities: car rental, boat rental, restaurant reservations.

This was our third trip to Hotel Ideal because we love it so much. Wonderful, peaceful location and stunning gardens and pools but what makes this hotel so fantastic is the lovely staff and service we receive, it’s like staying with friends in an island paradise and they go out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with anything that we may need. Also, the food is absolutely fantastic! When we stay at Hotel Ideal we don’t even bother going to any other restaurant on the island as the hotel’s food is top notch. Thank you Paola and team, we will definitely be back again next year!

Fabulous run three star family hotel in Ischia. Nothing to much trouble. Organised Brilliant transfer and excursions. Pool area relaxing. Plenty sun loungers. Very clean. Garden well kept. Great value. Excellent staff. A really easy way to introduce yourself to ischia.

Friendly hotel for a family Very nice team. Nice pool. Quiet. Very Good services and advises provided by the hotel. Good food and breakfast. Book directly via the hotel. Txs paola and dario for the great time. Restaurant la cantinola was superb. Poseidon very good. And take time to explore the island with bike or scooter but be careful with the traffic. If you are in good condition go to the top of epomeo. Very nice view.

Ein Geheimtipp. Traumhaft schöner Garten mit über 100-jährigen Olivenbäumen, Blumen in allen Farben. Pool mit Süsswasser und Thermalbecken - Ausblick auf den Garten. Im Garten kann man auch perfekt Yoga praktizieren. Sehr familiär geführt, sympathische und herzliche Atmosphäre. Paola und ihr Team führen das Haus mit viel Passion. Feines Essen - Fr ühstück und Mittagessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den Traumgarten, das Abendessen wird im Speisesaal im unteren Stock mit Sicht ins Grüne serviert (Halbpension mit Auswahlmöglichkeiten). Verschieden Zimmer zum Teil mit Meerblick, zum Teil mit eigenem Gartenvorplatz und viel grün. Zu Fuss nach Forio in ca. 10 Minuten. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand Cava. Es hat auch Parkplätze. Gäste werden am Hafen Forio abgeholt. Schön wars - immer wieder.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren in das kleine familiengeführte Hotel und fühlen uns rundherum sehr wohl. Für uns ist es ein "Ruhepool" mit wunderschönen gepflegten Garten mit zwei Pools. Man spürt,dass das Hotel mit Liebe bis ins Detail geführt wird. Die Zimmer sind typisch italienisch, man hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist sehr reichhaltig und die Ober sind sehr aufmerksam. Der Koch kocht abends typisch italienisch, es gibt kein europäisches Standardessen und das ist es, was uns gefällt und uns sehr gut schmeckt. Auch die Lage vom Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Buss oder zu Fuß. Vielen Dank und ein großes Lob an Paola und ihrem tollen Team.

Ein echtes Juwel inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens mit Pool: Das Hotel IDEAL in Ischia/Forio kann ich unbedingt empfehlen! Man spürt, dass das familiäre Hotel mit Herzblut geführt wird. Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment wohl und willkommen, die gute Seele des Hauses Paola hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Neben den persönlichen Skills sind auch Komfort und Lage überzeugend: Während man woanders in nüchternen Frühstücksräumen den Tag beginnen muss (ich habe schon mehrere Hotels hinter mir …), sitzt man hier gemütlich auf einer wunderbaren Terrasse im Grünen. Zum Strand und ins Zentrum sind es gerade mal 10 Gehminuten und trotzdem liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig – perfekter geht es nicht. Eine 10 von 10. Ich komme wieder!

L'hotel è immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità di Forio. Di fronte alla spiaggia di Cava ( raggiungibile percorrendo 60 scalini) e ad una fermate di bus dalla bellissima spiaggia di Citara ( fermata proprio fuori all'hotel). Ha una piscina abbastanza grande dove si può accedere purtroppo senza cuffia. La struttura interna è datata, così come la sala ristorante al piano inferiore. Anche gli arredi delle camere sono ben tenuti ma piuttosto vecchi. Le finestre e i balconi purtroppo non sono dotati di zanzariere, indispensabili in un posto immerso nel verde. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta su richiesta e non ad orari prestabiliti per le spiagge di Citara e Chiaia fino alle ore 20. Sarebbe stato perfetto se fosse attivo anche la sera visto che l'hotel non è al centro di Forio. Purtroppo il lungomare, per raggiungere il centro di sera, risulta essere isolato ed il percorso è piuttosto lungo da fare con i bambini. Sicuramente il valore aggiunto di questo hotel è la cucina. Prodotti di ottima qualità preparati in modo eccellente dallo chef Peppe che rende gustoso anche un semplice piatto di penne al pomodoro o una zingara. Peccato che non abbiamo avuto il piacere di vederlo e di conoscerlo. Buonissimi i suoi primi, sempre pasta al dente, ma anche gli antipasti, i secondi, le verdure tutto squisito. Super la sua caprese al limone. La colazione buona ma forse un po' ripetitiva. Disponibile e sempre attento a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta il maitre, gentile il cameriere Angelo. Un ringraziamento per il servizio navetta a Diego e Adriano per la loro gentilezza e simpatia. Contiamo di tornare il prossimo anno, sperando di trovare le zanzariere che sono molto importanti, magari anche il servizio navetta di sera, ma più di tutte la cucina dello chef Peppe:)

Hotel con piscina circondata da un grande giardino alberato con molte varietà di piante e fiori dove è possibile rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità , abbiamo optato per la formula mezza pensione potendo apprezzare l’ottima cucina del ristorante , personale molto cordiale e disponibile , luogo ideale per passare dei giorni di relax per tutta la famiglia ,alla prossima !
