They employees were nice. But the room was hot even though it was at 61 degrees it was hot. So i went and told them they gave me a fan instead of trying to give me another room thats has an ac working. They say the were over booked. And with the fan the room was still hot i had to wake up 2 times at night to shower cold water cause i was sweating..

We were traveling to take our sick kitten to CSU Vet school. The pet room we had is perfect - close to the door and partially tiled for a nice place to set up pet stuff.

Super staff, breakfast on point and allowed my fur baby to be able to stay with us. The surrounding area is a bit so so. Noisy street but quiet down in the evening. Super clean!!

I tried to get the room online for late Wednesday early Thursday morning and did it online and it pushed me to a Thursday afternoon check in instead of 1 am Thursday morning. I had to pay for two nights of a room that I only needed once and couldn’t get any help resolving this issue. The hotel couldn’t help and the website wouldn’t help either. I’m going to stop using this app because of this. I’ve had a problem before that was handled smoothly but this one was poorly handled.

We liked this hotel. It's clean and well maintained, and the staff are very nice. Good hotel for pets. A very good restaurant right next door. A convenient place to stay when traveling on hwy 25.

How can you have a hotel without an elevator? Isn’t that ADA noncompliant? Not updated at all. Will never stay there again. Very disappointing.

This is a decent hotel for the price a little older and out of the way from downtown area but not bad

Comfortable bed, clean room, they forgot to give us shampoo. Rooms on the front get a lot of road noise as this is right off a major road. Breakfast included, wifi, parking, convenient to downtown Fort Collins.
