THE HOTEL DID NUMEROUS UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CARD TOTALLY $1,000!!! AND I’M STILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS!! Watch out for the charges on your card.
Pool area tiles are dirty. Bath water is yellow!! I suggest you stay at the Hilton next door. (I did wonder why on other booking sites the review scores were low in comparison to neighbouring hotels - unfortunately I didn’t take heed!!!)

We got to the hotel to find out the main pool would be closed for august which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel so super disappointing. Everytime we would call for issues no one would come. No cord for the Bluetooth speaker, no one came. Fridge not cold, no one came. No one serviced our room for trash and towels had to call, and once again no one came so we threw everything out in the hall until someone passing by happened to stop and do it for us. Will never stay here again!

My review is a little late but My husband and I with our 2 kids, stayed at the W and we had a great experience. We were there the last week of July. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful, very upscale. Lots of amenities. From when we checked in, everyone was super nice. We had a great view of the beach from our Balcony. We stayed on the 21st floor and our floor was very quiet. Our room was very clean, always smelled good as soon as you would walk out of the elevator into the hallways. Hotel was very clean. Our room was always serviced. The room was super nice. Great access to the beach. Valet service was great, everyone was super nice. We did not eat at the hotel though because it was pretty pricey. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would return back to the W in the future.

Piscina espectacular! , enfrente Del Mar y muy buena ubicación. El valet parking es muy eficiente y me costo 50$

As always a wonderful stay at The W Fort Lauderdale. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Best lobster rolls too!

The elevators do not work. Then I was sent an email that they would credit me my resort fees. I have an email from the management and I did not receive the payment. They stated it would be on my visa and never came. I emailed them twice and no response. Not friendly service and it seemed I was bothering them when I stated my concerns. Never stay at this hotel ever again.

Worst ever marriot experience in my lifetime. Very old not maintained room, vents in washroom doesnt work lights in the washroom doesnt work , curtains dont close they got stuck, sliding doors to the balcony are very tight and cant easily be opened , torn old bath robes, i have spent so much for sea view but hardly see the sea from the room. Ot was terrible talking to front desk.

Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Room smelled musky. Closet hangers dusty. Balcony had one chair and it was dirty.
