Horrible Do not waist your money staying at the guitar staff at the front desk was not helpful rude and said because we booked through ******* we have a horrible room and can not change the room even though we booked non smoking

Once again as happened several times in the past no room was ready at check in time 4 PM. Always odd here. Front desk clerks look at screen - jot down room numbers - go behind wall to manager presumably - and come back “sorry no room we will text you later.” We come on concert nights so must get early dinner res so stressful waiting not knowing if will get room in time to clean up and change for dinner and concert.

Beautiful. We stayed in the Guitar Hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view of the pool was phenomenal and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I can’t wait to return. Such a great place to stay.

Most, not all of staff are not friendly. You can tell they are just there for the pay check. Don’t expect them to go above and beyond. Beds are firm and pillows could use an upgrade. The doors on the rooms slam and when trying to sleep, that is a major issue.

Property is gorgeous. Food options good. Only concern was we were told that we would be texted when our room was ready and we never were. Finally went back to to desk and room had been ready for a while.

Just a great place to relax and play. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing and it was nice that we had all day access to it with the purchase of a message. Can’t wait to come back!

I bought Dolphins tickets for my husband George Gregory. He raved about the whole experience. For pool side bar food to room, loved the poker room and amenities. Super clean and wants to bring me back.
