The front desk staff were wonderful to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions. Now the first time we ate at the restaurant is a different story as we had a waitress that must have been high because she keep coming back asking what we ordered or repeated it wrong. So after 45 minutes we got up and left. While walking out we found the manager and he was very apologetic and gave us our wine and not change. We did try again the second night and it was a totaly different experience. The staff was great and the food was wonderful.

They are coming back from Hurricane Ian. They are still working on the beach bar. Some updates are in order to make the stay perfect

Have stayed here before and will again. FMB is rebuilding and it is always great to be back.

Be advised this property closes down EARLY! Restaurant only open from 11-7 and pool/hot tubs from dawn to dusk. Not ideal for familes with children who want to enjoy the pool area. I tried to go down around 7:30 AM to enjoy my coffee and book but couldn't get into the pool area. In addition, they closed down the outdoor pool bar at 4:30 when happy hour is 3-6. I thought the room was beautiful; great view and very clean. Convenient location and lots of great local places that are rebuilding and happy to give them our business.

Pretty misleading description of rooms as "gulf view" - the first room we were assigned has side sea view and mostly overlooking other people balconies. When asked for a change - we were given a room what doesn't face other balconies - but on 3rd floor and building ventilation on that roof made it impossible to use the terrace. Sort of enjoyed the view from behind closed windows. Other than that - staff was friendly (and also acknowledged that room descriptions are odd - since people in "pool view" rooms often have better sea view angle than people in "gulf view"). Beware when you book - likely to be disappointed.

Beach front room with great view of fireworks from balcony as well as sunsets. Even under construction, everyone was very friendly. The resort rooms are beautiful and the pool is great. Food and drink is good and reasonable.

Beautiful brand new ocean facing room. Only 1 elevator was working for whole 12 levels of the hotel. Construction being done on level 2 still from previous hurricane. Weird ground level entrance to lobby.
