Great staff. They secured me a first floor room! The hotel is a little older. Great TV service. Excellent location to all Fort Myers attractions. Ample free parking. The four stars is due to a little older facility. Loved the in room coffee service. High quality toiletries in bathtub shower. As with many hotels, the shower is slow to drain.

My family and I recently stayed at this property after our flight was canceled due to Tropical Storm Debbie. I needed to find a place rather quickly and came across this Courtyard in the Bonvoy app. Upon arrival, we were granted early check-in, which was a huge plus as we had been up early, hoping to get out of Southwest Florida before further flooding occurred. Our room was modestly appointed with two queen beds and clean linens. The room was damp despite the AC trying to keep up with the constant humidity. My wife and kids could use the clean hotel pool, which kept them well entertained while I attended to some work calls in the room. The staff is overall friendly and very accommodating. For convenience, a restaurant adjacent to the property can be walked to, and the food was pretty tasty. Well our stay was mostly out of necessity, I would think about re-booking again if passing through the Fort Myers area.

We were on a road trip in Florida and booked this for a 2 night stay while exploring the area. We arrived at 11:30pm to check-in and the room smelled terribly of mildew. We tried to open the windows, change the AC temperature and nothing worked. Since it was past midnight, we slept and next morning my body was covered with 20 bug bites all over my body. Next morning we checked out. I feel so bad to even book this hotel. Regretting it every time my body itches. Sharing it so people don't make the same mistake as me. Bad bad stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We travel quite regularly in the U.S. and abroad. We both commented how pleased we were with how this hotel is maintained. This Marriott is very clean, nicely furnished and has wonderful amenities. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and well taken care of. Great shower with excellent pressure! Our spotless room was well insulated to ensure quiet sleep and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bistro was a great start to our day. We loved our stay here and we cannot wait to return!

Place is in need of a renovation. Old style, no USB charging. All the furniture- rooms, patio, cafe, need replacement. Windows and glass on doors is filthy. I expected much more for the price and from Marriott for a Courtyard brand. This is the second time in a year I have found a property well below what I consider a value. I am rethinking the use of Courtyard going forward.

My friend and I decided to do the Murder Mystery train ride/dinner. The Courtyard Marriott on Metro Pkwy is the package deal hotel they work with. It was a decent price. I read some very questionable reviews, so I was concerned. But, there was NO reason at all to be concerned. The hotel was clean, cool, quiet, and updated. We were able to check in early. Our room faced the back parking lot, however, there was no noise. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spotless, the shower was nice and there was plenty of hot water. The other great thing about the shower was a nice ledge for your toiletries, in case you wanted to use your own. That said, they do have bottles mounted on the wall, of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The toilet and shower had a door that completely closed so that if someone was getting ready and the other person was in the shower, or on the toilet, it did not disturb the second person. In the corner of the room, was a reading chair and light. There was a pull out computer ledge, if you have a laptop. The bistro is nice and serves breakfast and dinner options. But none of this is included in your room rate.. What was included in our rate was a grab and go breakfast in a bag. It had a sausage egg and cheese croissant that needed heating up, yogurt, a granola bar, a snack size apple, orange juice and coffee. Not sure what the solution is, but I would rather have the ability to order breakfast without one item being $6- 15. A piece of French toast pictured below was $12.25. That did not include any breakfast meat. Starbucks is the brand of coffee they serve. My other suggestion is to put two more umbrellas up at the tables in the pool area. It was 96-98 degrees out and the one table with an umbrella had a family already using it. I had to come in because the mid afternoon sun was just too much without some protection overhead. All in all, I enjoyed the stay and would return again.

I’m a bit mixed on my opinions here, an older style courtyard hotel which I like, definitely shows some age in the rooms, the humidity is not great for the building and Florida hotels tend to get a lot of guest abuse of rooms. The high negative was the ants in the sink. Not a big issue, but never something you want to see. The staff was very good. Checking was smooth. The breakfast/ coffee team was fantastic, public areas clean, inner courtyard great to sit and read, ample parking, good restaurant next door for dinner, short Lyft ride to old parts of town, and quiet. Overall meet expectations and served purpose of a clean comfortable room in a convenient location.
