環境很好，游泳池漂亮，坐看朝陽夕陽🌇；
可能受疫情影響，幾年耽擱了設備設施升級；設備有些老了，部分衞生不好！
服務還是不錯的。

Make sure you know what tower you’re staying in. Captiva tower is not nearly as nice and is quite inconvenient. If you want to experience the resort, stay at Sanibel tower.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS RESORT, THE FIRST TIME WE STAYED IN THE MAIN BUILDING, HOWEVER, THIS TIME WE STAYED IN THE CAPTIVA TOWER, WE HAD TO WALK OVER TO THE MAIN BUILDING FOR THE RSTUARANT, HOUSEKEEPING WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE MAIN TOWER, BED WAS NOT MADE UP NOT ENOUGH TOWELS, COFFEE CUPS.

The person seating people at the Tarpon restaurant was awful. First of all, he wasn’t even there when people were lining up to get in. Then he would seat one party then disappear, not coming out again for far too long. Then he spent way too long on the phone taking a room service order. Meanwhile, the line to get in was growing. Totally unacceptable. Pool bar drinks tasted like mock tails. Unacceptable when paying the prices.

felt like an orphan in captiva tower. Pool was filthy, blue towels that were used were piled sky high......no staff around. felt like motel 6, not an expensive hotel.
called about getting more bottles of water delivered but no one came. Bar menu when we went to watch TV (the FL tennis match) was a joke....few choices. Chris C
however was great as our server.

The buildings are spread out. I was put in the captiva building. I was told it was a 3 minute walk. I tried to drive to the main building and was told to go back to my building and call a shuttle. The pool was never vacuumed the 4 days I was there. I was not impressed.
