酒店入住和退房都很簡單，酒店暖房噪音很大，早餐雖然比較單調，但是乾淨衞生。

Check was by a video screen in the lobby. It went ok but was kind of unusual to not deal in person with a human being.

Very nice and clean with a contactless check in/out process. The ac in our room wasn’t cooling at all. I told the reception in the am and they responded they would let management know.

There is no one at the front desk. Check in is automated who’s went smoothly. However, there is no one monitoring access to the hotel. Observed what appears to be several homeless people in the lobby - one gentleman has been standing at the courtesy computer for several hours.

Called to verify i was checked in over the phone could not understand the lady and she got loud with me for that.
That night someone was messing with the door as if they were trying to open the door around 3:30 in the morning.
Calling service and guy got upset, yelling saying the person had the wrong door.

Clean room and good experience. Would stay again . Remodeled room & good location. Checking in virtually was easy - didn’t see any staff at desk or around when we checked in .

Super convenient to the airport -- BUT only if you have a vehicle, there is NO shuttle service. Uber worked just fine, however a shuttle would have been great. Room was clean, no issue. Decent breakfast included.

I don't like the check-in via the Kiosk. I prefer speaking to someone face-to-face rather than on a monitor. I like that personal connection.
Breakfast was lacking. Cereal, muffins, instant oatmeal, and waffles were the main components. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Breakfast was pretty lame.

Sign in with a virtual agent - I prefer human contacts. The only people we saw were housekeepers and they did an excellent job with their cleaning.
