The hotel had plenty of parking, although accessing the hotel is confusing your first time as you cannot turn into the lot from both directions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Blackout shades were great for sleeping in. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced. And the free breakfast was very good.

The service was great, the young lady at the front desk was was friendly and understanding. I was able to check in early, before my hospital appointment which was a stress relief. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The amenities were great. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

Lovely experience for a reprieve from a long road trip. Staff were great, room was very comfortable, dinner and breakfast were delicious!

This hotel deserves 5 stars! The reception service, the room, the cleaning girls and especially the hotel restaurant are impeccable! You know that hotel you leave with the feeling that they work in a team and well!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Supposed to be able to adjust heat on floor in bathroom but that did not appear to work unless I was doing something wrong. Room was clean. It was super easy to stream onto the tv.

Staff were great and the room was nice- no upgrade though. The room was nice and warm too- it was minus 30 outside

Front of the hotel a bit noisy. Back of hotel no city view. Fresh cookies at the front desk daily. Try the macadamia nut cookie.

They were super accommodating with us since we got our flight snowed in. Was a nice room and delicious breakfast buffet
