Room only had 2 towels, low on toilet paper, would not bring to room, hot tub is filthy, didn't empty trash at elevator for 2 days, ceiling stains, room door hinges rusting, floor in elevator peeling, breakfast uncooked, homeless people everywhere near hotel,

The beds were comfy but that is the best thing I can say about this hotel sadly. The elevator was broken, and evidently has been for a while because it had a very permanent looking sign instead of just a paper "out of service". The first floor as we walked to the stairwell smelled very strongly of sewage, but thankfully the room had no odor. We were on the 3rd floor and sadly the only working ice maker was on the 1st floor. You could tell they had to tried to renovate but it was very poorly done in some areas where you could see corners cut. Comfort Suites is usually a great choice for us but I would not stay at this one again.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with a Choice Hotel. I arrived late. The room had a hot tub. I got in it for a while then went to bed. The next morning as I was looking for my cell phone, I noticed blood stains at the foot of the bed. Also, after the hot tub drained the most gross residue was on the bottom. It appeared to be mold or human excrement that apparently had come from the jets. I took a towel and cleaned the bottom with it. I left early the next day. I had an appointment and did not have time to complain even though I should have. I got my credit charge statement and they charged me $80.00 for stains on the towel and bed. I contacted the management and they blamed me for the mess on the towel and the blood stains. The room had stains on the floor as well. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Choice hotel. I will never stay at another.

My friend and I just returned from a 2 night stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Fossil Creek in Fort Worth. My husband and I stay at Comfort Inns frequently and have always had a good experience. I hate to say that this particular hotel needs help. They are currently renovating half of the hotel and our room was on the half that was completed. The room was very spacious and looked very nice upon entering. The AC was not cooling and to be fair, the front desk did get that sorted right away. We had no plug in our bathtub, no big deal. After 2 times asking, we were given a plug. There were sugar ants behind our microwave. Again, to be fair, front desk had someone come and spray that area. However, there were roaches, many baby roaches. Most of them were in the bathtub, crawling over the towels and walls. Neither my friend or myself bathed the 2 nights we were there due to the roaches. I did not notify front desk as, frankly, I was tired of complaining. There was no plate in our microwave so we could not use it. There was no tray in our coffee maker so we were unable to make coffee. We went out to the pool area which was very run down. Table was broken, tables and chairs were dirty. The pool water was so murky, you could not see the second step into the pool. We did not get to enjoy the pool due to this. There was a restroom at the pool area. My friend opened the door and immediately closed it. The toilet was all busted up but someone was still using it !! Feces and urine all over, the trash was spilled all over the floor and there was writing all over the walls. You cannot tell me staff did not know about this. This door should have been locked so no guests could see it. When we were checking out, the man in front of us was letting front desk know there were no sheets on his bed(s). Things seemed out of control and I think they need help/guidance from the corporate office. I will say everyone was very nice and all we did was sleep as we were gone all day. This hotel was definitely at a lower level than other Comfort Hotels. I hope they can fix their issues.

This place is NOT up to choice standards. Being at diamond status, I am qualified to rate. The morning breakfast was a joke...warm cubed potatoes, scramble eggs, waffle, bread (toaster either warmed the bread, or burnt), sugary (1 choice) Cereal. Milk(you had to ask) morning attendant did not speak English. Juices and water from machine. Coffee, sugar no sugar alternative. Powder creamer. Not sure if I have been spoiled, but this is NOT Choice standards. This complex was under remodel. The room was clean, however, there was 1 small waste basket in the toilet. The lighting in the sink area was very hard to shave. The hair dryer smoked. No towels in the pool area. Ice machine only on 1st floor, not working. Staff was rude to the point if you asked for something, "No habla". I would NOT recommend, unless you are expecting Rodeway, or old Quality complex.

Horrible! Don’t go here! Cockroaches in the room, indifferent front desk attendants that can do nothing but shake their heads and say “yes sir yes” instead of actually acknowledging my desire to have the room effectively sprayed for cockroaches!!!! I even collected one night’s worth of roaches and showed it to the front desk attendant. I was ignored. The location is not a safe area, it is dirty, the owner of the neighboring hotel came over one morning demanding the Comfort Inn employees clean up the garbage that was blowing around to his hotel from the Comfort’s grounds, and all he got was the head shake from the East Indian front desk attendant while he acted as if he didn’t understand a word the other manager was saying. The owner and employees of this Comfort Inn hotel run a shoddy, bug infested hotel and they apparently do not understand a word of English (or just choose to act like they don’t speak a word of it). There is no attempt at customer service at all. I don’t care if someone doesn’t speak English as their first language - it’s not mine, either! I do care if the person dealing with the paying public acts indifferent and has no idea what you are saying to him. How do you have people working for you that can’t even communicate with the guests??? One good thing - lots of hot water. At least the shower I shared with cockroaches did have plenty of hot water.

Housekeeping staff working hard to keep clean but can't clean away dated, worn carpet & furnishings. Good access to freeway. Large room with separate sitting area. TV remote cheap & requires work. Breakfast woman kind.

The room itself was good but there was not a working ice machine in the entire hotel. Asked front desk and they said there is not ice - apparently not a big deal to them. There were 2 different groups of homeless people living at the back of the parking lot. Makes you afraid to leave your car parked there and especially to run out to your car to get something by yourself. There was a homeless man walking back and forth in front of the front door smoking and mumbling to himself. He was barefoot - he had taken his shoes off and put them by the front door. Hard to feel safe in this environment.
