I didn't think much of it and got a different, slightly smaller room, but the facilities were decent. After a tiring day, I wanted to rest, but there was a constant, distinct noise. I called the front desk, and they confirmed there was no renovation or construction. The lobby manager took the call and said if the noise persisted after ten minutes, they would move me. However, the noise continued. It wasn't until my fifth call that the lobby manager explained there were three cargo elevators next door, used by property management, and he had asked them to stop. Yet, they kept running, and the noise persisted. By 10:10 PM, the lobby manager's solution was to give me two earplugs and offer a discount the next day when leadership was in, possibly moving me to a single-bed room. If I disagreed, I could check out and leave. **Service:** The on-duty manager's training is severely lacking. I went downstairs at 11 PM to find him/her, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, they just stood there silently, avoiding direct communication. Other staff members had to apologize on the manager's behalf. If there are known issues with a room, they should be addressed proactively instead of sacrificing the guest's experience and time. They should prepare better and avoid assigning elevator-adjacent rooms to customers. **Facilities:** The much-hyped Dyson hairdryer was broken, only blowing cool air. The entryway sensor light flickered constantly throughout the night due to what seemed like current interference. The electronic curtains worked well, and the whole-house lighting control system was quite good. However, with the flickering entryway light, combined with the incessant elevator and moving noises, it was no different from being in hell. Be wary of room 1726. I recommend the hotel not sell this room; it's too noisy right next to the elevators. And the hotel clearly knows this but pretends otherwise. **Hygiene:** I stepped on a giant cockroach while waiting for the elevator, it felt like crushing a plastic bottle. Nobody cleaned it up until I checked out. Unbelievable. **Environment:** I didn't take photos, but the window overlooks the city with no scenic view. I found a similar selfie taken by another guest online for reference.

The stay exceeded my expectations! The brand quality is guaranteed, the room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, with thoughtful and attentive service. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, I had a great experience and genuinely recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the kind lady at the front desk even upgraded our room type. Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying. Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here. Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

Wu Qianting at the front desk was professional and efficient, processing our check-in thoughtfully and considerately. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the executive floor's happy hour offered a diverse selection of food, with the dim sum being particularly excellent.

Definitely worth a stay in this city., lucky to got an upgrade to this room. at my arrival~ The bed is comfy, with both soft and harder pillow being provided. The breakfast comes with a fantastic range of choice, even have wontun noodles and congees freshly made for customers. I also love that they had vanity kits prepared for ladies. Overall, i think it’s a must-stay hotel if you have just the right amount of budget! A good hotel really ease a lot of worries and make my trip perfecto 😍 That said, i wish a foldable mirror could be provided so i don’t have to do my makeup in the bathroom😭

The front desk service was attentive; they proactively explained the locations of the elevators, pool, and breakfast during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Daily room cleaning is consistent, and amenities are well-stocked. The hotel is close to major office buildings and shopping areas, with a wide variety of dining options. It's suitable for both short stays and extended visits. Highly recommend it for anyone driving around Guangzhou and Foshan!

My room had excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with all amenities fully stocked. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient; they were helpful and incredibly warm. The breakfast offered fresh ingredients, a wide variety of choices, and authentic flavors. Located in the heart of Daliang, it's very convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts, and parking is also readily available. The overall quality is excellent, making it a top choice for accommodation when visiting Shunde. It's definitely on my re-book list!
