My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Clean room and very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We will stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The bathroom sink is dirty, disgusting just horribleness. Sheets are beige. Just not my type of comfort inn at all. It's smells like smoke time of entry. The computer chair is filthy. Tub looks like the got it off the side of the road. The towels are beige. This is why I always pay later and the lesson is always I mean always have to be able to be refunded... that's the most important part of the stay in any hotel. Don't believe the folks in the reviews because they probably live here or are employed here...just ridiculous an a long night for me of no sleep...I'm creeped out...

Front desk staff had a terrible attitude. Could not explain unauthorized debit to my credit card and was extremely unhelpful. He told me to go check with my bank even though I explained that the hotel amount was debited twice. Will never use this hotel again. If you book through a third party website like *******, you pay ******* and Comfort Suites are debuting again at check in.

HORRIBLE front desk clerk, called me stupid to my face after I complained about an issue. Worse hotel experience in my life. Beds are terrible

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We had constant trouble with room key cards. It would take 5-10 times of inserting and removing the key card before it would work. Had to take the key cards to the front desk a couple of times because they didn't work. Bad smell by the ice machine & vending machine for a couple of days. Hated coming and going on US27 and I4. Continental breakfast was the same thing every day.

This looks like an older hotel that had some updates a while ago. I noticed some wear and tear especially in our bathroom outside of the tub. There would be a little water at edges outside the tub after we showered and I think that was causing some of that damage. Otherwise it was clean enough and the beds were comfortable.

Property overall was in good condition just some cosmetics things Staff was great to work with just wish the breakfast would change a little day to day as was the same thing every day Room was quiet and had black out blinds which made it nice. The area around the hotel is not great and nothing real close with all the u turns. Overall if I ever come back I would stay here again.

The bed sheets appeared to be clean and the bathroom was somewhat clean so those other two most important areas. My heating unit did not work the carpet in the room was definitely not vacuumed and the floor in the elevator was downright disgusting.
