Έμεινα εδώ για τις τελευταίες 2 νύχτες μου στη Φρανκφούρτη. Όλη η ομάδα του προσωπικού σέρβις σας, συγκεκριμένα η Elaine και η Laura (ίσως να είχα ξεχάσει τα ακριβή ονόματα), ήταν καταπληκτική.
1. Είχαμε μια πτήση καθυστερημένης αναχώρησης και η Elaine έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να μας δώσει την πιο πρόσφατη ώρα αγοράς - το εκτιμούμε πολύ. Μιλάει καλά αγγλικά και ήταν επίσης ευγενική, εξυπηρετική και φιλική.
2. Ζητήσαμε 2 μπουκάλια νερό μέσω τηλεφώνου και η Λάουρα (ίσως έκανε λάθος το όνομά της) ρώτησε αν μπορούσαμε να περιμένουμε για 30 λεπτά, καθώς το προσωπικό της καθαριότητας ήταν μακριά και ήμασταν σίγουρα εντάξει με αυτό, αλλά προς ευχάριστη έκπληξη, εκείνη ήρθε η ίδια σε λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά με ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερό. Αυτή είναι η επιτομή του να κάνετε το επιπλέον μίλι και γνωρίζω πολύ καλά ότι ο θυρωρός δεν έχει συνήθως καθήκον να το κάνει αυτό. Πολύ εντυπωσιασμένος.
Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω να μείνω εδώ ξανά, το προσωπικό εξυπηρέτησης και η υποδειγματική τους στάση είναι νικητής για μένα.

In need of a stop-over but dreading a drab-room with paper walls & the residual smell of jet fuel? Then you will be in for a very pleasant surprise with the Sheraton. The hotel is well appointed with excellent restaurants and amenities. Room was large, comfortable and quiet! Highly recommended for stop-overs and business trips

This hotel was the worst experience of our whole trip, thankfully we were there just for one night after arriving late by plane to Frankfurt. Location is good because it is right at the hotel - can take the free shuttle to get there. However, the hotel was under massive renovations. This should have been informed to the guest prior to booking, because it does not justify the price paid for the hotel night. The renovations in progress causes a lot of inconvenience. Restaurant is relocated but has bad signage, so we were not able to find the main restaurant easily. This is an inconvenience especially when you need a fast meal so that can move on to next appointment. In the lobby was a sign saying please access elevators to get to breakfast area - but then the elevators were broken. This is not acceptable for an international hotel chain. The breakfast area looked like a basketball court / high school gym that was turned into a restaurant. Space was limited, it felt more like a cafeteria.

Located conveniently inside the Frankfurt Am Main Airport, the hotel reflects Sheraton's high standards. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is rich and variegated.
Special mention to Mr Sergio who assisted me through a very smooth check-in.
