The second night we stayed there 28/11/23 , at 19:00 when we got back, the room wasn’t made except for new towels . I went down to complain and received the answer that they probably forgot and nothing can be done at that time, no cleaning lady anymore. The only thing they can do is to excuse themself .!!! No Refund or reduction of the price. After raising my voice, the reception clerk went up to straighten out the room - made the beds and washed the 2 coffee cups. That’s the only thing he could take care of. The dirt stayed the same, the baby’s powder food on the tables next to the beds and on the table, the coffee machine with falling cover in the water container, no soap , the garbage bucket as left near the door, no vacuum, etc. (he is not part of cleaning team) When we left in morning 29/11 I mentioned that for half service I expect to pay half price, if at all. paid 206 Euro , far too high compared to their regular price, they raised prices for this pension room at this period but forgot they have to clean the room, especially if they charge such a price. I wrote mails to management and received the following answer : “Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding in our housekeeping team so that we only changed the towels in your room.” “
