Good hotel with value for money but I missed electric Kattel which is available in most of hotels in this price range.

Fast way from the station. Platform 26. Exit via the smoking area/parking lot. You'll see the hotel.
Decent stay. Fast check in & out. Slept well. Wifi and shower are both good. The room has a safe and has good soundproofing.
Room is a bit outdated in decoration but that's not a major issue. Couple of minutes walk to the HBF station and to a tram station. Around a 20 minute walk to 'old town'.
Some major problems though. Not many good restaurants nearby and its not a particularly safe area. Lots of **********/sellers on the street and they look scary. I really didn't feel safe at all. Be warned.
2 euro a night city tax madness too

Location is ok but not easy to find. Reception staffs were polite. Arrived early but did not manage to check-in early. It is about 15mins to skyline mall. On the whole, the stay was satisfactory.

Great location but an odd smell in the room. The hotel is old with wall cracks. Shower is great. Breakfast(16.50 euros) is good with lots of varieties.

Worst Service.
Not replying on emails
Not answering calls
Upon checking in, front desk person didnt email smile or greet customers. When i called them out they said they are busy as it was a Sunday and only 1 person is on duty.
I left items during check out. A couple of hours later i called them and they are not picking up. Until now email has been unanswered
Do not consider this hotel!!!!

Bad receptionist attitude, overbooked happened but didn’t want to solve the problem, and mentioned it’s customer didn’t show in the check in date, will not suggest this hotel.

The location was central and accessible form airport and other attractions. The hotel offered minimum. My particular room was hot in the middle of August and the units' AC was not efficient enough to cool down the room. I asked for small fan but they did not have it. I asked to change my room but they said no room available. The hair blower was nit working. I asked for bottled water, they did not have it. There was no wending machine to get cold drink or ice. I come from US and these are minimum s available in a 2 star hotel.. May be this is not a norm in Germany.

Very close to the central station.
5 euro voucher for no house keeping for a night.
Nice reception staff.
Room is a bit small . So the bathroom is.
Wi-Fi is not so good.

The ratio of quality to price is best of best.
One tip . Breakfast 14 euro is also best of best with all varieties of food almost same with 5 star hotel.
Location is one step away from central station but away from **** smelling red light street.
I will come back to this hotel 100 %
