The room and hallways had a terrible smell to them. The shower didnt work, and breakfast options were non exisitent. Needless to say first and last time at this property

Rooms did not reflect photos online, needs updated, tub curtain rod bent and not attached fully, Formica countertop peeling. Grab bag breakfast poor

I experienced discrimination from the staff at the desk and from a guest in the lobby. I will never recommend anyone to stay there

Staff was horrible I booked 3 rooms and we were all disappointed we spent most of the time at the Residents Inn across the way! Property Management needs to spend more time there! Needless to say that we will never go back there! And we travel a lot ..

These rooms were awful. I will attach pictures. Room was dirty. The towel picture was how dirty the floor was outside the shower after the towel was on the floor after one shower. It is an extended stay but also rents daily I think they should be separating the extended stay and the normal stays. The whole entire bustling smelled so bad. The safe didn’t communicate well. We had a lot of things wrong in our room
Exhaust fan not working
Sink leaked
Tub leaked
The thermostats on the wall was broken but the thermostats on the AC said not to control it from there
The paint was chipping from the ceiling
Sheets dirty
Floor dirty
The TV was at eye level and hard to watch from the bed
Condensation from the shower because the exhaust fan didn’t work actually created a water puddle on the floor
There was no positives to this stay and way over priced. Do not like the pictures make you think they are good because it’s not.

I would not recommend staying here. The room itself was sad. Light fixtures were in disarray. No USB chargers. Front desk didn't have any spare USB blocks. The AC rattled when it was on. No ice machine. Vending machine was wonky. Two plastic cups were in the bathroom. At checkout the manager hardly paid attention until I told him I wanted to check out. Could not wait to get out of there.

We asked for a printout for our stay but never received one.
We also asked for a map that would show their location on the map. They were not able to identify where they were on the map.

Dated and cleanliness subpar. Floor sticky. I used Clorox wipes to clean it and it was filthy!!
Stale smoke odor in room. Very uncomfortable bed. Drapes old and hooks broken.
Will not stay again.
