Hotel is dated, only positive is that the rooms were cleaned everyday! Reception staff I found some of them to be ignorant, rude and didn’t even speak basic English, so quick to dismiss us or just stared at us blankly. Food quality is poor, we paid for half board and not very much food choice at all. Food was always cold and honestly not worth eating. Pool area is ok, no music or anything and if you have kids don’t bring them here there’s nothing for them to do. There’s a lot of old people that come here so if you’re young you’re better of staying further In to the town. I will attach a picture of the pork I was served and now am poorly coming back home to the UK as it was served raw. Again when I complained about the food, was told she didn’t speak English so again nothing was done. Fuengirola is a lovely place, with a nice beach and bars, good food most places. It’s a great shame that this hotel is as bad as it is. Save your money and pay a little more for something nicer.

Just back from a four night stay here and can say that there are more negatives than positives unfortunately. Firstly, any of the reviews here that say it is a 20 minute walk into the centre of Fuengirola are not true, it is a good 45-60 minute walk however it is flat all the way and taxis are very cheap. You can also get a bus outside the hotel and a train from the station which is a 5-6 minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and this is due to the fantastic house keeping staff who clean the rooms daily. They were all extremely friendly and did a great job. That’s about as good as this hotel gets. The bedroom doors do not lock properly, if you open the door to the balcony the entrance door into your room opens too, it’s not secure at all even after locking it. The breakfast is okay, lunch and dinner are inedible. We ate out at restaurants in both Torreblanca and Fuengirola and got delicious food for very little cost so I would recommend eating out rather than going full board at this hotel. At the pool, the lifeguard said there was no inflatable toys allowed however the next day there were multiple people in the pool with them and there were no problems with it. There is no hairdryer, safe, fridge, iron or shampoo/body wash in the room, everything is an extra cost. I thought these items were standard for hotels but not this one. There is a ridiculous wait time for the lifts, if you are staying on any floor below 5 you after better off using the stairs as you will be waiting ages. Reception staff are very rude, even for the most basic questions/requests. There are far better options in Fuengirola to stay at for around the same price, so avoid staying at this hotel if you can.

Surly reception staff not the best start, room was basic but clean. Extra payable for fridge, safe, etc. Long waits for lifts, too small and too few. Rip-off parking charges but at least it was possible to park for free on nearby streets. Food was decent if uninspiring. Cooking station had some good options. Nice gardens and plenty of sunbeds. Pool freezing.

I look here when I’m thinking of booking a trip so I’m going to write what I know I’d like to know , positives are , location is nice beachfront are, quiet end of fuengirola with little choices for bars and restaurants, travel to town (2 mile walk ) or bus /train to find a more vibrant fun area with lots of bars etc , bus and train are great . First impression on arrival was not great , no welcome and no information, room was ok , but no kettle, no fridge and no hairdryer is not normal these days , no soap or showers gel in the dispensers , getting a lift is horrendous, there obviously aren’t enough , food is banal and boring, and if you like dessert then please don’t get excited about these, one night everything was green ! 😱we were at no point in our 14 day stay given the opportunity to buy wine with our meal, with no info anywhere about that , on the 10th day of our stay we decided to take a bottle of wine to dinner , something we’ve done many times in other places , we were spoken to loudly and rudely and told it wasn’t allowed, there was no need for that attitude we could have been told that in a respectful way , instead of which we were made to feel embarrassed. After a day out we came to our room to find a pile of bath mats on the sink area in the bathroom, after a while we realised they’d been placed they as there was water pouring through the ceiling, reception had no knowledge of it and said it would be fixed , all I can say is , it wasn’t . Pool bar is pathetic with very few places to sit and relax , evening lounge area is dire with massive queue sat the bar we only went once and when we saw the entertainment was the okey cokey we made a swift exit and didnt return, we learnt the best way was to eat dinner ( if there was something edible) and then leave to go elsewhere , it’s our first visit to Fuengirola and sadly it wasn’t the greatest experience, we travelled a lot on the bus and train and visited some lovely places , so that made up for the dismal experience at this hotel , thanks for reading this lengthy review, I’ve never ever written as much in a review, but I feel it was needed !

We stayed here last week of May, beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic accessible room with a walk in shower, our room and bed was clean & comfortable. Staff were all lovely. Food wasn't the best, but we didn't go to bed hungry, was always something we could eat but not much choice, it was cheap enough to eat outside. We did miss a kettle in our room and only 1 plug socket, we know next time to take an extension. The hotel has a fantastic location, we would definitely stay again. Thank u for a great holiday.

Had a lovely holiday with my little girl and my parents. Lovely hotel. A bit dated but not an issue for me. Wasn’t able to book All inclusive when booking holiday but was told I could upgrade once there for around 150 euros per room. On arrival tried to upgrade to AI for my room with my Daughter as my parents didn’t like the food but were happy to go out for lunch and they don’t drink either so it wasn’t worth them upgrading. Told I couldn’t upgrade just for my room as I might get alcohol and share it with my 76 year old parents that don’t drink. Also my Child wouldn’t be drinking alcohol either. They wanted 356 euros for my room and the same for my parents. Over £600 to have lunch ( and alcohol for me) Obviously we didn’t upgrade. We couldn’t however get any food whatsoever in between breakfast and dinner at 7pm. They had a snack bar that was really good and served amazing food but we weren’t allowed to pay to purchase it, it was just for AI. So disappointing cos it really had an impact on our holiday. The other massive let down was the attitude of the restaurant manager. He let down all of the other staff in the hotel. All the other staff were lovely, friendly and happy to help but he was false, aggressive and a bully. He not only made us feel really awful he even tried to bully the staff. He clearly had an issue with me, my 13 year old daughter and my 76 year old parents. My daughter went to the toilet and he refused her entry back into the restaurant cos she didn’t have a wrist band. We were given 1 wrist band per room. He had seen us several times for several days. He knew she was with us. He chose to bully a child. When I went to speak to him about it he hid in a cupboard. So I got another member of staff to get him out. He just said I didn’t recognise her. We went to the pool bar the next day and the lady said sorry I can’t serve you if you haven’t got a wristband. We explained we only given one per room and she said yes I know it’s just my boss has just insisted this rule. We asked her if it was the manager from the restaurant with the moustache and she said yes and smirked ( and served us anyway) He isn’t only upsetting guests at the hotel, the staff haven’t got a high opinion of him either. I did try to rectify this with him but he didn’t want to know. Although I always read reviews etc before booking holidays I never leave them unless they are positive but felt I had to voice my opinion! Lovely hotel, very dated. Lovely staff. His attitude could change people’s opinion though.

Had a 5 day stay and would not go back Room was clean, shower powerful, tho bath very slippy. Bed comfy but pillows were not.( bolsters, not pillows) No kettle, hairdrier .or fridge!!. €25 Euros to use the safe €20 to buy a beach towel.. you cant hire one! Breakfast was plentiful and varied but all hot food is luke warm and this was the same with the lunch and dinner !! Most of the food was just repeated at each course but changed slightly, few extra ingredients flung in and then renamed! Very poor and unappetising. Salads were quite nice tho.Orange annd apple juice watered down. Alcoholic drinks very limited and the wine is on tap served in a tumbler!Some of the staff I felt were rude and curt especially the young girl in the pool bar. Wont be back!!!

Two delightful weeks spent at the hotel. From the first greeting by the extremely helpful receptionist to our departure day all the staff were outstanding. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, lovely sea and pool view from our balcony and good bathroom. The hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned daily and towels changed daily as required. Food was plentiful with good variety. Bus service outside the hotel, Torreblanca train station about 10 minutes walk and gate from garden area directly onto the promenade. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within short walking distance. Excellent hotel, we will be returning.
