AAnonymous UserThe room was absolutely amazing, with convenient amenities and clean rooms. It's a five-minute walk from the coast, making it the only hotel on this trip to Japan where I'd like to stay longer next time. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a free welcome drink and toiletries. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, even dropping us off at the station around 5 PM on the day of our checkout. The staff were incredibly friendly and even provided directions to Tokyo. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

CCongpeilinGreat location, very convenient surroundings. The only downside is that the windows don't open. But the service and location are really good. It's easy to go for a walk nearby in the evenings, and there are many drugstores. Worth it!

GGuest UserThis gem of a hotel is located right at the right turn after you come down the escalator at Big Camera store’s side. Breakfast buffet spread is satisfactory with good variety. Room is the usual small size of Japanese hotels but comfortable and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable too, not too hard nor soft. I have really enjoyed my stay here and it’s indeed a good move to base myself at Fujisawa for good value for money, while having the convenience to take the Enoden train to explore all the must-go places in Kamakura daily. As Fujisawa station is the terminal station where the train starts here it’s possible to get a vacant and nice seat compared to other stations in-between where you’ll be standing and squeezed like sardines when more and more passengers get up especially when the day trippers from Tokyo start to flock in after 10am during weekends or peak periods.

SShanguangdeasinuoIt’s a very interesting store. Even if I don’t live in Fujisawa, I will come here to drink matcha latte next time I come to Shonan. The door lock is digital and the hygiene is very good. The kitchen utensils, coffee utensils, washing machine and hair dryer are all available. The room is big and the attic is bigger than expected. It's very cost-effective for most people to stay in the coffee shop. The coffee is sent by regular customers nearby and the coffee is so delicious that I almost don't want to leave.

However, I accidentally booked a smoking room when booking. The hallway, the room, and even the pillows reeked of cigarette smoke. After asking at the front desk, I was unable to change rooms, so I had to stay with a friend.
The breakfast was excellent and delicious.
The location is excellent. Tenzawa Station is about a 10-minute walk away.
Tenzawa Station is conveniently connected to Tokyo and other areas within Kankura City, with trains, express trains, and JR trains available for quick and easy travel. The hotel offers free luggage storage, saving travelers the inconvenience of leaving their luggage.

GGuest UserAppreciated the drinks bar area and the self-service amenities. Room key is heavy and traditional and a bit of a hassle to have to talk to the front desk everytime coming in and out of the hotel but overall everyone was nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within 10 min walk from the station but a bit difficult to find it as this hotel is in a residential area. Welcome drinks are well served and I had it for every night I stayed in the hotel. Room is so clean that you can feel relaxed.

GGuest UserVery good. I was originally asked to check out before 10 o'clock, but due to special reasons, I had to check out at 11:30. The hotel understood my needs and handled the relevant procedures, extending the check-out time to 12 o'clock. It is very humane and worthy of praise.
